The place is great, beautiful, and clean. We love the big yard and the comfortable rooms. Not too far from a big mall. Will definitely come back again.

nice low rise apartment in the prestigious areas of Surabaya.. recommended if you have a car, for easy access to the nearby mall or other areas.

Great place on top of Pakuwon Mall and friendly host. Only problem is the room located at the very top on floor 37 which means it takes time to get a lift.

The host is very helpful and the place is strategically located with direct access to the mall. Everything you could have needed, you can find it in the apartment. It was clear that the host has thoughtfully prepared every little amenities for the comfort of anyone staying there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Thank you Handoko 😊🙏

Unit is very comfortable, exactly like in the photos. Air conditioning is cold, the room is fragrant and clean. It's very nice to live here
