Beachfront holiday rental in Duingt

Very well located apartment, in the center of Duingt. We had a pleasant time despite a very capricious weather. The apartment is close to several restaurants and a convenience store which is a plus:). Nearby road traffic may be inconvenient during rush hours, if you want to fully enjoy the balcony. The view of Lake Annecy is really sumptuous, thank you Sophie!

Apartment meets our expectations and in accordance with the description with the exception of the Wifi Connection. Very good proactive communication from Anna. Private access to the beach is a real plus compared to crowded beaches, no shade and no dogs around the lake.

Lucie's house offers a magnificent view of the lake. It is ideally located for visiting the surroundings of the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very good welcome We would highly recommend it.

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

The accommodation is very well equipped (very pleasant when you have children, high chair, plastic plates and especially super soundproofing), nickel apartment, good bedding, feet in the water. Shops accessible on foot. Only downside of the huge traffic jams to go to Annecy from 4 p.m.

Dan is a great host, he was very flexible on check-in and check-out times (my train had several delays). He was always responsive and the communication was very good. The place totally matches the photos and description, it was one of the cheapest I could find and the value for money is very good, we have money. The accommodation is ideally located 150m as the crow flies from the lake, not far from the beach of Annecy le vieux (very pretty and free) and close to shops. The area is quieter than downtown Annecy while being quite close (20min walk). Its location makes it possible to be close to Mount Veyrier and to take several hikes starting from the apartment. I recommend it!

We had a great time at Nanou 's. perfect accommodation,clean ,spacious with 2 terraces depending on the location of the sun. very well equipped quantity of satisfactory dishes,dishwasher, washing machine ,fridge with freezer. temperate accommodation if we close all the shutters of the rooms in the sun during the day ,it was very nice and warm during our stay but not suffered from the heat at night. home 100m from the lake with a very small beach. Another larger 15 min walk away. Bicycle path at the end of the road that goes all the way around the lake. Electric bike available on Sevrier and Annecy set up by the municipality, 1 half hour free , free buses all around the lake July and August ,perfect for getting around. Beautiful places to visit ,I recommend ++ only downside the prices are unaffordable in Annecy ,the restaurants are very expensive. To conclude I really recommend Nanou's house a great address to share.

Splendid home with an incredibly view. Free summer bus, nearby activity, restaurant, bar. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained. We can't wait to come back!
