I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near the Columbus Commons! The location was fantastic, especially during the holidays with the beautiful lights in the park. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for exploring downtown on foot—everything was so walkable. Check-in was smooth, and the host’s communication was excellent, providing clear instructions with helpful photos. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Columbus!

We stayed for a week plus while looking for an apartment. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen. I can immediately start cooking my own meals. It’s also relatively quiet despite located beside the main road. The host Christelle is very responsive and accomodating to our needs. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience living at this place.

River & Rich Apartments are very classy. Also the apartment furnishings seemed to have been picked out by Chip and Joanna Gaines! #modern

Our family stayed at Latham for a soccer tournament. The location was great and there were plenty of stores and restaurants in the area in addition to the soccer fields. The apartment was very comfortable and the maintenance people were very responsive to the one minor issue we encountered. Having a garage was very nice as well. We will look to stay here again for next year’s tournament!

Latham's Place was perfect! It was the perfect setting to relax. Very secluded, clean & easily accessible. Nice and quiet, I'd stay again with Latham- he's very personable . Thank you very much for your hospitality. I was very pleased and felt welcome.

What a great location for plenty to do! Tons of fantastic bars and restaurants even a park all within walking distance. finding parking was a little difficult as there are no parking instructions really provided. It's a tad noisy at night but to be expected with the hussle and bussle of downtown night life. The airbnb itself is clean and well maintained and the beds were extremely comfortable! The two flights of stairs were alot but the halls were clean and the property felt safe. Definitely recommend this great location and we will definitely be back again!

Our family had a great experience at Mia’s place! The house was beautiful and furnished to meet all our needs. We cooked in the kitchen and had all the tools and utensils we needed. The bedrooms were lovely and soothing. The bathrooms were super clean and functional. The whole experience surpassed our expectations!

TRACY IS A GREAT HOST VERY RESPONSIVE AND QUICK . Her place was clean and neat and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The basement was nice and spacious . Included a very nice pool table with multiple pool sticks very good for entertainment while you stay plus tv and table to play card games . Big backyard and nice size driveway to park multiple cars . Definitely would book again .

Alex communicated all the pertinent details very clearly. There were nice touches, like plenty of towels and extra blankets for snuggling on the couch. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the teenager appreciated the extra privacy of the 3rd floor. The cupboard under the stairs was a huge hit with everyone! The tiki bar and hot tub in the garage were a fun and relaxing hang out. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything we needed and more for our family! Everything was clean and check in was a breeze! The house has plenty of space for a family to feel comfortable. The location is perfect for ease to great restaurants, shopping and more! We loved that you could walk easily to local spots and OSU. Huge plus we were able to bring our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had, and a pleasure to work with!

The property was very nice and the inside of the home was updated modern and beautiful. Bedrooms were spacious and cute! The host provided everything we could’ve wanted or needed, we would definitely stay in this property again if we needed accommodations in the area!

Grocery and shopping within a few blocks. 8 adults fit comfortably within the home. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. Upon checkout a snow storm was happening and Patrick offered us a later checkout to help avoid all the snow!
