Sunset Crag - Beautiful Apartment

VickyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

Swallow's Nest (Strawbale Cabin)

AyaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We arrived in the evening and only stayed for one night, so didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities, but we still had a nice stay. The heater takes a bit of time to warm up the room, but we were otherwise cosy at night. The location was perfect for our visit to Newgrange.

The Cabin in the Woods

EsmeRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Our stay was great- the room was exactly what we needed, and was warm and cosy- even with it beginning to be cold outside! John was a great host, giving us a warm welcome and being incredibly responsive and friendly. The animals are all a joy- especially Blue! A must stay for anyone who loves furry friends, and wants to be close enough to Dublin without being in the hustle of the city. Thank you!

Lovely peaceful seaside cabin, perfect for a weekend away by the sea! Within 2 mins walking distance of beach and great Woodfired sauna also! Everything was exactly as described, Katy had thought of all the little touches like milk, bread, eggs etc left for eating! Would definitely stay again ☺️

Beautiful views of the city at night. I am sure you will see beautiful stars when you have clear skies. John is a perfect host. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. The animals are super cute. They have two very friendly dogs. The site is a stone throw away from the city. Was a great experience!! Will surely book again.

Serene Seaside Retreat

EmileneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Myself, my husband and my 3 year old daughter stayed in Julie's for 1 night, coming from Dublin City. The drive there was on the motorway which was very fast. Julie greeted us as we entered the premises & showed us everything we needed. My daughter loved seeing the goats & hens walking freely around the garden & even though the weather wasnt suitable she was v happy playing around the children's area where there was sand & a few tractors for her to play with. The cabin itself was so warm & cozy & Julia kindly had the heaters on & the electric blanket all ready for us when we entered. She left break, milk & jam in the fridge with the usual coffee/tea amenities which was great. The beach was just 2 mins walk from the house and down further along the beach we walked to the Doughbox Pizza restaurant which was perfect. Id definately recommend Julie's airbnb for a cozy retreat away.

The Botanist's Hut

AdamRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The Hut was the perfect nature getaway after few busy weeks at work. We loved how private the hut felt and the amazing sustainable details in the decor and furniture. Very close to many walks in Wicklow mountains and we used few of Sean’s recommendations for food. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet escape.

This little hut was an incredible wee escape away, in a very great location. We even slept through a storm! Which is a testament to how comfortable the bed was. 10/10

Lovely relaxing home: a serene & peaceful retreat

SelbyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Maria's place was savage, exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a remote country location. Short commute from the town of Dunboyne which has everything you could need. Maria and her partner were always willing to drive us into town if we need anything. The tiny home was very spacious, extremely clean, and very relaxing. Despite having some bad weather, the central radiator heating and wood burning stove where more than adequate to make us comfortable. I would highly recommend and certainly consider staying again.

TaraghRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We don’t have a single complaint about Zoë and the pod, it was so clean, cosy and perfect for us !! The homemade sourdough bread and jam was such a nice touch ! Zoë was so welcoming and provided us with food recommendations and showed us the way down to the river. Definitely recommend and we will be back 😁

St Kevin's Shepherds Hut and Whiskey Barrel sauna.

FionnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A beautiful location with great views, off the beaten track near Hollywood. Plenty of hiking options that are minutes away by car. A very cosy place to stay with the added bonus of having a sauna and an outdoor fire stove. The place is very well kept and has all the essentials.
