We greatly enjoyed our stay at the cottage; wonderfully quiet and relaxed, waking up to bird sounds. Nice quiet location and yet easily accessible. All amenities were provided and it was just as cozy as in the pictures. We would love to come back in another seasons to use the garden.

Our stay at Maarten's place was fantastic! The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Maarten and Ilse were amazing hosts, always responsive to our msgs. They ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The house is nestled by a serene lakeside, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bikes, relaxing chairs by the lake. The thoughtful touches truly stood out, like the beautiful Christmas decorations with a charming tree and lovely lighting added to the festive atmosphere. We loved spotting the adorable Big duck family and squirrels near the property and enjoyed a wonderful bike ride through the forest trail, where we saw deers, horses and rabbits. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for this experience and would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable family getaway.

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. Communication with Christa was smooth and friendly. We were very neatly received by Christa's father. Getting up with a view of the meadows was delightful!

We (three adults) had a wonderful, relaxing time with Christin and Willi. The house is a dream, everything is available from A like view to Z like toothbrush mugs. Beautiful house, wonderful and very quiet neighborhood by the water itself. Thank you for letting us live here Holida and Chris are great hosts, they were very helpful and quick to answer the question. The house was clean and everything you needed. We felt at home there. I enjoyed it very much and are more than happy to recommend the apartment. My dog and I were guests for 2 months in this beautiful, old and spacious building with great garden and outdoor seating. There is everything you need to cook, relax or learn about the area. The contact with Andrea worked great. Thank you very much.

It was a perfect stay for a winter week around New Year's Eve. Wonderfully cozy with the kids playing games around the wood stove. And in the evening with a glass of wine on the sofa. Have breakfast in the morning with a view of the wide surroundings. Aagje was incredibly friendly and helpful. In conversations short but powerful, but we felt very welcome there. We can recommend a stay at Aagje's place to everyone!
