Very quiet place with lots of charm. Jarka and Martin's house is well maintained, created in the traditional style with a nice change and welcoming seating. The small upstairs apartment is simply furnished, well equipped and clean. We felt very comfortable as guests, it was nice to know Jarka and Martin personally in the house and to communicate with you. This place is highly recommended.

stayed again at Frances place I really like it. has everything you need and is full of character. a lovely corner of Dresden, a good bus service to the city centre and still a quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed with our two children and two dogs. The apartment is super nice and tastefully furnished. It is surrounded by a garden where the children could jump on the trampoline and play the dogs in the meadow. The hosts live next door, were always available and very nice and always trying to make sure everything is to the best satisfaction. The quiet location, the nature around it and the overall package of the accommodation were a great fit. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I'm sure we'll be back.

There were two of us for a long weekend. Have taken some tours by MTB and on foot in Saxon Switzerland and relaxed us in the sauna in the evening. We enjoyed it very much.

Small, cute accommodation in a great location perfect as a starting point for hikes. The amenities were as described, completely sufficient for two people. Reachable by public transport to a limited time and no shopping in the village itself, which was not a problem for us by car, but we were kindly pointed out again beforehand. All important things were available and Romy was very accommodating and friendly, as well as always easily accessible. Overall it was a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back 🙂

We had an amazing stay at Petra’s! We went to Germany to explore the winter markets. Petra’s air BNB is a 15-20 min drive to the big Dresden market. However, just up the street from her place there is a small market for 2 weeks in December and we were lucky enough to be there for it. Her place has wonderful shops and food located within a short walking distance. Petra gave wonderful recommendations and was very responsive. Comfy bed and beautiful air BNB. We would definitely stay at Petra’s again!

We‘ve had a good time at Filips place. Even though the weather wasn’t that great, we could snuggle in the cozy little house :)

Roland is a very nice host. The apartment is very clean and functional, with good access to public transport. A very positive experience.

The place was exactly as described - a large building with many private guest rooms and shared common spaces. The entire place was super clean and well-kept and directly within the beautiful mountain nature. Within 15 minutes walking you can reach the ferry to Schmilka from where you can start hiking. It was exactly what we wanted and we were very happy to be there. Of course you need to be ok with sharing bathrooms and the kitchen. ;)

Highly recommended for a small (or large) getaway to relax. There is delicious wine that you can buy via a trust fund. Very neat and clean shared kitchen, also the bathrooms very pleasant. We'll be back!

Schöna Castle is totally beautiful and away from the Elbe. You have a great view and lots of hiking trails around it. The castle offers beautiful rooms as well as a kitchen that contains everything you need. The toilet and bathroom are separate and can be used even in the absence of other guests. The castle exudes a certain charm that is great. Jens and Ansgar responded to our alteration request smoothly and flexibly. Can only recommend the accommodation.

A super nice, modernly decorated and spacious place to stay. Everything you need and very clean. The apartment was bigger than we expected based on the photos. We felt comfortable Communication with the hosts and check-in was straightforward. We found the location in the residential area and the proximity to the Neustadt to be very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.
