We have stayed in this building many times, but Julie's unit was the nicest we've been in. It is very well taken care of and made us feel at home.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a good area of the city.

Really lovely place, old character home in a beautiful older neighborhood, felt like being at home. Joanna and Daniel were receptive, quick, and helpful. The apartment was cozy and homey, and given the age of the home, noise transference from upstairs was so minimal. So close to amazing restaurants and shops in Little Italy, ideal for a peaceful place to settle in after a long day of exploring the Peg. Great place to stay for a short stay or long stay.

I absolutely LOVED staying here. The home is beautiful and open concept, has everything you need and in a great area. Kaelin is super responsive and helped accommodate me with my large truck/parking. Would recommend this home to anyone and will definitely return.

I was in Niverville to meet some friends and I found this great place in a quiet location. The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything that a guest would need. It was well stocked with snacks, fresh pastries, fruit and cereal. It was reasonably priced and I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Location was great. We were in Winnipeg for a Jets game. Being right off Portage made it easy to get to the hockey game. B Beds were very comfortable.

Yuri is the best host. He was flexible when I requested one additional night. He even had my favourite coffee available just for me! Very thoughtful.

Marsha’s house was very nice on the inside, well stocked, considerate details, and comfortable beds. It was not a problem for us, but should be mentioned that there are stairs to get up into the house. Marsha was very accommodating for our early check in request!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wilfred was very friendly, checked-in often with us, and gave wonderful recommendations for our stay. The area is great; it was easy to get around to nearby grocery stores & restaurants. Wilfred has very easy instructions for check-in & check-out. The price is fair for what you get. I would stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Had a great stay! Very clean, beautiful space with a nice view/balcony and comfortable beds! The plants are an added nice touch in the condo. Walking distance to the forks and having a parking spot was greatly appreciated. Happy to recommend.

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!
