Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Springfield

My family really enjoyed our stay in Springfield. Thomas's house was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great and spacious place for a week stay in Springfield. The place is exactly as the pictures show and is brighter than we thought with the skylight which was nice surprise. We had busy days and the place was a nice and comfortable spot to come back to each night. So many restaurant choices that are easily walkable. Some outdoor noise should be expected but for the most part it’s a quiet area.

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was incredible today the least. I flew in from CA to visit family and felt right at home. The place was extremely clean, well furnished and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’ve been to many places and Ashley’s was by far the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable. Ashley was proactive in communication, and was very responsive when needed. I highly recommend Ashley and her place!

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

We just needed a place for the night and it worked out perfectly for us. The provided phone chargers were much appreciated.

Great Hosts - VERY Clean - looked brand new - Lots of really nice details in carpentry/workmanship. Main bed was too soft for us but the 2nd bedroom had a much firmer bed which was great! There is some definite conversation noise from downstairs when the office workers came in which could be noticeable if you are sleeping in but you could always put some music on. Lovely home-looked brand new! Many Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely place to stay, lots of space indoors and outdoors for the 3 of us. We loved the location, easy access to the area. I would definitely stay again when in Springfield.

Another wonderful visit to the Camp House! We stay here every year and it is always a great stay. The house is big and charming, easy to find, and close enough for us to walk downtown when it is nice.

Maida was a fantastic host. She went above & beyond for sure. We loved the home, it was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable & very homey. Everything you need is here whether you are staying for a weekend or for a month. We have found our new home away from home in Springfield. This is now one of our favorite places to stay. Beds are comfy, 2 living rooms, multiple dining area options, plenty of room to spread out & relax. It is obvious, when you walk in the home Maida cares enough to provide her guests with nice, thoughful items & furniture in home, not the cheap stuff you see in some Air bnb's where they just provide the basics, to make a quick buck, like a hotel. Maida was very sweet, responsive & accommodating. I can't say enough about Maida or her home. Book this home, you won't regret it.

Wonderful home away from home. Host sent me email with easy check in instructions ahead of time. Clean and has everything we needed. Do yourself a favor and look in the bedroom closets for the nicest blankets to use while on watching a movie on the couch! I would love to know where they bought them!!

When I come back to Springfield again I would love to book this home again. It was very homey and quiet.
