Holiday houses in Downtown, Sarasota

Wonderful property with a large yard, beautiful pool, ample outdoor space to enjoy, on small pond. Really liked to location - close to Siesta Key Beach, good restaurants, Costco, golf, grocery stores. This is our 6th year coming to Sarasota in the Winter and would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly as described. The location was perfect for us. There are many good restaurants nearby and driving is not required as public transportation is available. Solen was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend Solen’s place.

The five of us had a terrific time in Sarasota and at Montana's house. We enjoyed the heated pool when the weather wasn't ideal,; going to the beautiful beaches was an easy 15 -20 min drive; loved the night life with restaurants, drum circle, music and more. We were able to have a nice blend of quiet down time at the house with fun activities only a short distance away each day. We also enjoyed cooking some meals ourselves. Montana was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. Thank you, Montana!

I arrived late after dark but Chris’ guest duplex had a light on. Also there is attractive landscape lighting both front and in the enchanting private backyard patio. It felt magical entering this lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota. This duplex was spotless and attractively furnished. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Chris is a responsive, helpful host who respects the guest’s privacy. This is the place to stay if you ever visit Sarasota.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The home is stunning in every way. From the incredible high end decorating and furnishings, awesome floor plan/layout and an unreal screened in patio overlooking the water. When you stay at Jack’s place it’s more than just staying at an awesome home, it’s an experience. Jack is clearly a highly experienced host and is committed to you having a great stay - he is super responsive and the place is set up perfectly. If you are looking to take in the tranquility of Siesta Key and just take a break from it all … this is the place for you. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay! The communication was great, and the house was amazing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the hot tub. Beds and pillows are very comfortable as well.

We stayed here with our family so it was important to find a clean and safe place to stay. The house was beautifully decorated, super clean and Montana and her husband were great hosts. Very sweet! The house is really close to everything you could possibly want to do in town. Great location and overall great stay. We would stay here again!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can use the garage for your car. The air conditioning works well. The pool was wonderful. I think it is a salt water pool. All the appliances were in good condition. The washer and dryer are like new. There were minimal requirements for what you had to do which was very nice. It was easy to relax in this house. If you want to prepare meals there, the kitchen could use some oven and microwave dishes. I have suggested this to the host. I highly recommend this property.

A beautiful home and every appliance, or gadget to ensure a wonderful stay. Great location and walking distance to the village. The location is also wonderful for day trips, or other locations in Siesta Key. Stephanie was a wonderful host!
