We had a fantastic time at Sergiy's property! This venue offers privacy with a great pool & outdoor facilities. It's only a ten minute drive to the Siesta Beach area. Sergiy was an excellent host, always quick to respond on our questions while being totally unobtrusive. We highly recommend this property.

this Airbnb was extremely well appointed with a full kitchen and everything and anything you could need! I’ve been to many Airbnb’s where I have to go out and buy toilet paper paper, products, wine, openers dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and that can add to the expense. This place had it all which I thought was very thoughtful by the owner.! The unit was extremely clean many condos. I’ve been and have very dirty floors, but not this one also very nicely decorated with a coastal style. The bed was very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend and stay here again myself. !

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

this home was fabulous. Great space for our group of 5. swimming in the pool, sunning, enjoying meals together and relaxing! we will be back! 😊

Great location, exactly as listed. Came with all the essentials plus more. The condo was perfect for us and our 18 month old and the brand new pack and play was much appreciated. Very friendly beach town with the softest white sand!

I arrived late after dark but Chris’ guest duplex had a light on. Also there is attractive landscape lighting both front and in the enchanting private backyard patio. It felt magical entering this lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota. This duplex was spotless and attractively furnished. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Chris is a responsive, helpful host who respects the guest’s privacy. This is the place to stay if you ever visit Sarasota.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! As a family with two young children, comfort and cleanliness are always top priorities, and this place did not disappoint. The space was incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds that made for some of the best sleep we've had in a while. The house was spotless, which was very reassuring—especially with young kids—and it really made us feel at home. The hot tub was also a highlight—immaculate and perfect for a relaxing soak before or after a busy day. We loved spending time in the serene backyard, which was not only peaceful but also thoughtfully set up with a cute table and chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy meals together. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home away from home.

Good location. Close to everything. Very spacious home. Good value off the high demand beach areas. Montana is super helpful and very responsive before, during and after our stay.

I initially reserved three nights , then decided we couldn’t have enough of such beautiful home and beach !!! The home had literally everything you need!!! Please believe me when I say I over packed! Tom’s beach home has it all for the beach , chairs umbrellas ! Wheel cart ! Beach towels !! We ended staying 5 nights instead of three that’s how great the place is !! Even tho it was just two of us having one and half bathrooms was a luxury and I cannot say enough about the bed !! Super comfy , amazing pillows and clean!! Private front and fenced in ! Loved it loved it! This is our spot for ever. Literally we then decided it was so amazing there we we got hitched at South Coquina beach !!!! Woohooo omg had the best time . If I can post pictures I will ! If you are planning on visiting Ana Maria Island and want a relax and amazing stay that has it all ! Literally all !! This is your spot ! The marshmallow and chocolate complements of the house was so nice !!! Thank you till next stay !!!
