Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Downtown, Salt Lake City

she was very quick when it came to responding! loved all the amenities the house had and the amount of endless games to play! the drive to the place was beautiful with beautiful mountain views. id definitely recommend! would come back if we ever visit in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Modern Rustic Home! Nephi and Danielle are great to work with and extremely responsive. The home has a cohesive theme and we loved the “Charlie Brown” Xmas tree that fit perfectly for our holiday stay. We cook quite a bit and really appreciated the very well eauipped kitchen. Highly recommended for your next stay in SLC.

great location for LCC and BCC! easy access to smiths and freeway. great place for larger gatherings and hangouts. bed was one of the most comfortable bed ive slept in at an airbnb (no joke)! garage is a little small for two large SUVs, but you can find a way. kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies.

This is a nice home in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. It was a great jumping off point for our ski trip. Access was easy, and communication was good. Beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a great asset. The home was clean and well stocked with all essentials. Nate and Ren were helpful and clear with all directions and guidance. One knock would be that this isn’t really a proper two bedroom, two bathroom home. The upstairs bedroom has no door so has no privacy at all. And the bathroom in that bedroom has no real shower (bathtub only) and very low, slanted ceilings making it difficult to stand while at the toilet or sink. That bedroom also has low, slanted ceilings. All in all, would book again if traveling with two people (or two couples), but with a person sleeping on the (comfortable) couch in the living room, I would probably opt for at least a true two bed.

Wonderful stay in Cottonwood. Convenient to ski mountains and local restaurants around. Travis was very responsive and the place was great for a group. Would recommend a stay there anytime.

It was a great place to stay for a 3 day event at the convention center, close enough to get there quickly but also close enough that we could leave and go back with ease. Perfect place for 5 different mom and daughter groups.

Our purpose - meet up with family for 3 days of skiing- three adults, two teenagers, a 10 year old. We do two ski trips/ year, one to Vail and another to various ski resort (Tahoe area, Salt Lake area, Aspen). Second trip to we stayed on the Canyons side because we knew from the last time that we enjoyed that side more. The townhome was beautifully decorated and spotless and we thoroughly appreciated the Miele gas cooktop and we also used the grill twice. We cooked in every night. My husband, the cook, said he "loved" the kitchen. From a convenience standpoint, very nice to have seasonings, washer/dryer, trash bags, dish soap, etc already supplied.. The view from the townhome was gorgeous. They had a sled or two and the kids would sled every day after skiing and had a blast. Everyone slept well. Would note the distance to the gondola- 5 min walk downhill going, uphill back, roads slushy, slick, or snowy. We walked, but consider calling free shuttle or if have a car, get dropped off.

This is a great condo at the Zermatt resort. Plenty of info provided prior to check in. Perfect size for the three of us for a long weekend stay. Very close to Soldier Hollow nordic center where we spent most of the weekend. It was nice to have the kitchen as an option, although we ate out for most meals. It was nice having access to all of the amenities at the resort - our son especially loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Only minor complaint (similar to another reviewer) - for part of our stay someone was staying in the adjoining unit. I don't think they were being particularly loud, but we could hear everything they were saying, and I'm sure vice versa.

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! The scenery is beautiful, the house was clean and well stocked, and the location was amazing!

We loved our stay. I was worried we would’ve have enough space but I was pleasantly surprised to see the home was a lot more spacious than the pictures showed. The yard was beautiful and the jacuzzi was a plus.

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

Beautiful home with lots of spaces for multiple families. We loved all the outside spaces and we had a great time in the pool and hotub. Floaties and pool towels were handy. Our kiddos loved the ping pong table and we loved the amazing views. The air conditioning wasn’t working well in the >100 degree heat but the host was very responsive and addressed the issue in a prompt way that we greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

This cabin felt like a family cabin, not just a rental. It was personal, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous surroundings. Do take the hosts requirement for 4 wheel drive/snow tires/chains seriously in the winter, it is necessary. But as longs as you are prepared, that makes this cabin feel all the more authentic and cozy. We will definitely return!

My family and I stayed at Dave’s cabin to celebrate my nursing school graduation, and it exceeded all our expectations! The cabin was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, offering stunning views that we truly loved. It made our celebration even more special, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Cabin was a literal dream come true. So cozy and intimate. Just like a Christmas movie 😂

The cabin was so much fun to stay at for our family of 6. The kids loved the views, the “bunk” beds, the hammock, and the hot tub. The kitchen was set up to be able to do some light cooking, and that was nice. We enjoyed the games they had available as well as some fun movies from their dvd selection. Pictures don’t do it justice! Overall we had a very nice stay. Incredible little neighborhood, very Family friendly. We would stay again! 🩷

Many have said it before me, but Brian’s cabin is like a slice of heaven on earth. My son and I had the best time in an idyllic and fantastically functional wooden paradise. The cabin is stunning. The setting is jaw dropping. So much thought has been put into ensuring ever need is catered for. It’s so cosy and Brian was such a kind and generous host. Perfectly situated for Snowbird and close to all the amenities you could require. The best air bnb I have stayed in and I can’t wait to go back!
