What a wonderful cozy place to entertain.

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Great location- a balance of quiet and privacy with access to downtown Pensacola. Kitchen is fully furnished. Street parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces available. Very seamless experience.

My crew was in town from Fort Worth working on a few landscaping projects nearby. It was great to have such a nice place for them so close to work. We will definitely book again.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Tammy was a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole process easy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and the pool was just what I needed. Everything was around a 20 minute drive. The area was quiet and clean. An overall wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

The house was so beautifully decorated. The area was lovely. The patio and back yard was so peaceful just sitting out back drinking coffe and watching my dog run around it was perfect.

We had a great stay in Pensacola Beach . There was more than enough room for my family of four, everything was clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. The location is perfect-- just 1.0 blocks to the beach and less than a mile to numerous top restaurants . My elderly mom loved her bedroom in the first floor with her own private bathroom. Overall a great value! Thank you!

Bill & Mindy were wonderful host! They were easy to communicate with and very friendly. The house was clean and had everything we needed to stay for a few days! We enjoyed a girls weekend for 3 nights! Our plan was to go to a concert at The Pensacola Bay Center, which happened to be walkable from the house! Although the concert was postponed, we found plenty of things to do around the house! We had the best time and will definitely be stay with them again! Thank you Bill and Mindy! Blessings!

Beautiful home with all the luxuries. Takes a few minutes for warm water but that is the absolute only thing I can think of that wasn’t perfect. Thank you, looking forward to booking again.

Our family of 5 with 3 grown sons felt right at home. We loved the house and everyone had their own bathroom! We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, riding bikes and 2 of the boys enjoyed several days of golf! Dee Anna was the best host! She answered every question with a timely response! We would love to come back next year!

Great place to stay! The house is spacious and clean. The pool is fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for our family. The hosts are great communicators and showed me around on arrival. They took care of the pool while we were there to make sure everything stayed perfect. Definitely recommend!

Lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood - house was clean and great central location. Close to the beach and close to shopping and eateries. Easy access to Pensacola, Navarre, etc. Nancy is a fantastic and attentive host who added personal touches which made the house really feel like a home - I have stayed in airbnbs at Christmas time and this is the first time I had a home with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in it!!! Would definitely like to stay again!

Had a nice thanksgiving here while visiting my daughters boyfriend who is at the naval base.

The place was nice but it smelled kind of musty and my mom has some asthma issues but dmitry was very kind and helped us get a refund due to my mom’s issue.

From the moment we booked Josh was so hospitable. He reached out ahead of our arrival with super helpful and clear information, and even provided a line up of activities for us to do throughout our stay. The house was perfect - exactly as described, and had just enough furnishings to feel at home without feeling like we were trying to fit our things in someone else’s house. We had a few questions while we stayed, (not a single issue with the house) and Josh was quick to respond with helpful tips. The location of this home is wonderful! Close enough to everything while feeling secluded and private. The home is adorable and clean. Leon made sure to communicate all check in and out instructions in a timely manner. The guestbook gave us great recommendations for restaurants and we loved adding our own experiences.
