Holiday houses in Downtown, Nashville

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

We loved our stay. We were actually working for this trip and the location was perfect. We were able to get to the convention center easily and either pick up food or order food on the way home from really great restaurants. The house was perfect for us and had enough bathrooms and bedrooms.

My family had such a wonderful time at Nina's house. The home is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and the location is perfect. Nina and Lynn were fantastic hosts and very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Lauren and Jen were extremely responsive and very accommodating. Their directions for getting there and checking in were very clear. It's nice when you don't have to worry because the host was so explicit and took all the uncertainty out of it. Their place is drop dead gorgeous and well appointed. There were even snacks and cold drinks provided - they went the extra mile. We were so close to all the action that we got the full Nashville experience but also just far enough away to enjoy the quiet oasis. They also provided some amazing recommendations that we took us off the beaten path and was also very thoughtful. There were six of us there for a girls weekend and we had plenty of room to socialize and also to have some alone time.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.
