Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Los Angeles

Amazing location adjacent to UCLA, groceries, shopping, great food. The condo complex had amazing amenities including pool, gym with climbing wall. We loved it and will choose this property again if we need accommodations in Westwood.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful location, with easy access to various locations. The only downside was the flights of stairs to the location. Would reserve the place again.

Our stay at Juan’s was perfect. He was responsive, respectful and provided helpful information for check in and parking. The space was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Nice views from the apartment, lit with natural light during the day. We had a welcome party when we arrived. There are two sweet huskies that live next to property. The location was superb, very walkable to restaurants, and local shops in the Silverlake/Echo Park neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again next time we visit LA. Thank you Juan!

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. So much to so walking distance, è speciale restaurants and downtown is close too. My favorite walking the stand along the beach. I only used my car twice in a week. I could hear the ocean waves in the morning. Great location! Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful place and in a wonderful location. The building is so secure and in a gorgeous section of LA. If you have a chance to stay here, please do. A very luxurious yet comforting experience.

Incredibly warm and considerate hosts that are also super responsive and helpful. Space was perfect and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including spices and cooking oil. Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo with TV that’s equipped with Netflix and etc. Extremely clean and modern bathroom. We didn’t end up using the facilities but there was a gym and pool on site that was very convenient. The condo is located right next to the parking spot so it’s quite easy to get to - an absolute bonus in the area!

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful interior and exterior spaces and a fantastic, spectacularly well stocked kitchen that serious cooks will love. And Brett was the perfect host!

Quiet beautiful street. Comfortable king sized beds in both bedrooms. Great shower and products. What’s not too like? Definitely would stay here again!

We had the best time at Laura’s beautiful home! Seriously such a gem of a home! Our family enjoyed all the amenities but especially the popcorn station and the huge backyard! Laura was responsive from beginning til the end! Would definitely stay here again 😊

During these tough fire times Jihan was very understanding of our situation & quickly responded to all of our needs. My family and I absolutely loved this place. House felt like home away from home. Parking could be tricky at times but other than that amazing place to stay!

Jordan went out of his way to accommodate us! When the winds threatened the possibility of power, he sent us a message letting us know, and set out an LED lamp in case the lights went out.

We will be back to this beautiful comfortable home.. they have thought of everything! From parking, outdoor seating and indoor comfort. Jonathan was a very assessable host even though we didn’t need to contact him he checked in with us to ensure we had everything needed for our stay.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for small families. Close by to restaurants and shopping mall. Jeffrey provides all the amenities and then some. There was even a high chair and play pen. Our little one loved the bunk bed. Jeffrey is a great and responsive host.

Selina was an amazing host, very responsive and very thoughtful!!! She offered my family more towels if needed and made sure we felt right at home. I definitely recommend this property to others it was beautiful and clean and I’d definitely stay here again. Instructions for the property were simple and straight forward and came with its own gated parking spaces.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations. We were able to spend an equal amount of time enjoying the views from the Airbnb and with exploring Manhattan beach. I will stay here again without a doubt.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
