Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Knoxville

We had a great time at Edward’s place! Great host and wonderful space, with plenty of dishes, towels, spices, coffee and tea, etc. Felt like a home away from home, which I can’t always say for Airbnbs. Edward was also incredibly responsive and friendly—I know the Knoxville area well, but I’m certain Edward would be glad to provide some knowledgeable recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this space, and if the need arises, will 100% stay again.

This place is top notch! Tucked away but still close to shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and spotless. The split level layout was perfect for our family stay for the weekend. Matthew and his wife were very responsive and so kind! This place felt like HOME and if ever in Knoxville again, we will be booking here.

The Pleasant House was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for my family. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. It was very cozy inside and out. J and T even went the extra mile to personalize a welcome sign for us! They were helpful and the home was excellent.

Sharon‘s place is set in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood quite close to the interstate and downtown Knoxville. Her place is spacious with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. While we stayed only one night we can heartily recommend this place for short and longer stays.

This home is so cozy and inviting. I loved the decor. The furniture was perfect. The white leather couch was my favorite. Everything was so clean and fresh. A great outdoor patio and back yard. This neighborhood is very quiet and not super busy. It would be a great place to walk. I felt very safe my entire stay. It will be on the top of my list of places to stay in Knoxville. A great place to stay for a long weekend or even for a work assignment. It’s a great location for shopping, local hospitals and the University of Tennessee are just right down the road. I can’t say enough good things about this cute house. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

The house was very accommodating to our family of 5. The beds were super comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. And I am usually very picky about my mattress. But this one got an A+. House was clean and up to date. So very glad we were able to stay for the weekend. Super close to the Zoo and Tennessee Theater which is why we came to town. Hosts were excellent on communication!

Lovely place. Perfect spot to stop to rest on my way to Hilton Head Island. Bed was comfortable. House was very clean. Back yard was like an oasis with all the birds chirping. Loved it!

We booked for the indoor pool and it did not disappoint!! Beautiful location, great pool and hot tub. Quick responses from the host was great!

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

Excellent property, beautiful private neighborhood, and easy to find. Conveniently located near the main strip of tourist attractions while being secluded from the busy areas. Loved our time here

Kim's place was awesome! We really enjoyed the space and distance to local attractions. The hot tub was nice after a full day of walking around Dollywood. Kim couldn't be more nice and welcoming. I appreciated the helpful guidebook. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely cabin. We really can’t complain, it was a perfect location. Not too far from everything & couldn’t beat the view. Only issue we had in the cabin was that the room with the bunk beds, the vent was very close to one’s face on the top bunk. Other than that, wouldn’t change anything. Very quick responses, & they were willing to help with any issue or questions.

This is our second stay at Phil's place, and just like the time before my family really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived and got settled it, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. The house was neat as a pin and was beautiful decorated with unique works of art. With lots of shops, restaurants and plenty of fun activities to do near by we never ran out of something to do. The host was friendly and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and have to say this is my family's most favorite places to stay.

Jay's cabin was exceptional with fantastic views and great proximity to fun activities. The family and I had a great time the week we stayed and were wowed by the proactive nature of the host and the amenities available both at the cabin as well as surrounding area. Would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here while we were in town for a wedding. The house was clean and offered everything we needed. The airbnb host was communicative and welcoming. The location was conveniently located near Lakeshore Park which had several playgrounds for our small children to enjoy. We would book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Beverly’s. The studio is just like the photos. It was plenty of space for the two of us. She was a very friendly and attentive host. I would definitely recommend the space to anyone looking to take a trip to Knoxville!

We had an amazing time in Louisville! The house was very accommodating for all of our guests and the was plenty of room in the living areas as well. Brendan was very helpful with my questions and quick to respond to them.

Loved the stay! Think about a thing and it was there to make your stay comfortable. From light breakfast to all utensils and cutlery, kids toys and pack and play to pumpkin spice.. we couldn’t have asked for more!

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

I loved staying at Christie and Katelyn’s place. The house was spacious, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the sunroom was my favorite spot! The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard was perfect for our dogs. I would certainly stay here again!

If I could only use one word to describe this place it would be "Cozy." This property is PERFECT! The decor is straight out of a magazine, all the utensils and appliances were SO NICE! Also, the beds? Phenomenal! Everyone remarked about how much we loved our pillows! I know that sounds weird to mention in a review, but they were that impressive. I need to know where they got them!!! The ceiling fan situation was also super great and easy to use. I want those in every room of my own house now! Checkout was super easy and the instructions were clear. Kim was super friendly and informative, leaving no need for additional questions! Plus, there were a lot of little items to make our stay more comfortable and convenient such as a make-up mirror in the bathroom, nice soaps, easy to find utensils, and comfy throw blankets galore! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. I would go so far to say this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!
