Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Durham

The accommodation is well equipped, it could be perfect with a electric fryer, but it has everything that you need to stay for 30 days comfortable. The apartment was organized, parking is easier. The unit is in good shape. The condo is great, lot of nature around the unit, the mailroom works fine. The cleaning was okay, nothing extraordinary. The location is very convenient and accessible. We had great timing there. The staff team is responsible. Thanks

The apartment had very comfortable beds, great kitchen and was set up comfortably for two couples. The walkin closets were very spacious. The living room space needed an extra chair for the four of us to sit comfortably. Overall, we were very pleased.

Beautiful setting in a very convenient location near I 40 and Southpoint Mall. Comfortable bed, nice furniture, wooded views. Very responsive host. Highest recommendation.

I recommend this place, it was a very cozy place to stay. having the laundry there can be very helpful just need to keep detergent just in case other than that i was very satisfied.

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Location. Location. Location. This place is ideal if you want to be right in the heart of Chapel Hill -- which is just what my family wanted. The place was exactly as described in the listing -- not fancy, but with everything we needed. We also had a very easy time communicating with our Host.

Lovely lodge in the woods surrounded by trees and squirrels ;) Very luxurious kitchen, nice bedrooms & bathrooms. Definitely one needs a car to reach place and go around. Price is a on the higher end, but would stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful scenery, private location and perfect size ! Spacious rooms! Water pressure was great! That’s always a big plus for our family! They also had just enough kitchen needs to make our stay perfect! Host was very helpful , always reachable ! We enjoyed our stay an hope to visit again in the future!

One of the most fascinating homes my family has ever rented. Beautiful linens, decor, art, and the stunning architectural design that infused natural elements of the outdoors with the interior home. Our children (ages 6 and 8) were entertained by simply exploring the many rooms and backyard. The generations of artifacts collected over time told a story of their own. This place is very special and the hosts were lovely people. Thank you, Erin and Evan!

Stayed here with friends during our Duke reunion. We each had our privacy, and also had comfortable common space to spend time together. Alexis was very responsive and helpful.

This house was a perfect place for my family over Thanksgiving. It was clean, well stocked with what we needed to make and eat breakfast and had lots of nice little decor touches. Our grandkids were especially excited about the complimentary snacks. My husband was impressed with all the outlets to charge electronics--something that is often hard to find in airbnbs. Plus, there is a washer and dryer. We would stay here again.

We were beyond impressed with all the extras that makes this place special. Many amenities that made us just want to hang out at the house. We especially liked playing with the oculus and popping poporn. Amazingly decorated and high in small touches. Let us not forget the end ways we could have made tea and coffee. Thank you guys for making your home so special and unique.

Ryan was extremely accommodating which was great for our family. The area is wonderful in a great upscale neighbourhood near restaurants and stores. The place is very comfortable and cozy and the beds are amazing. Ryan also was nice enough to let us do a late checkout. A relative of mine loved the house so much she wanted to know if she could rent long term! We will definitely stay again when we are in Cary!
