Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Dubai

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

It is an amazing villa. Everything is perfect. Location is great as it is very near from the evenings. Definitely, it will be my first option when I come to Dubai again.

We stayed in Air BnB Villa Alma for a long-term rental whilst our own Villa renovations were being completed locally. First off - Holly is an amazing host with so much knowledge to share about the area and community. She was readily available for all our questions and requests and has such a positive attitude. Our plans changed multiple times and she was flexible and hospitable in every way. We cannot thank you enough Holly! The house offers everything you need for both short & long term stays. It is modern, clean, functional, practical and has everything you could possibly need. Beds comfy, plenty of space, green garden (with beautiful birds visiting), parking space, good AC, good hot showers, super family friendly. Location is excellent - just a few minutes walking distance to everything you need! The community pool and various sports facilities around 3mins, Golf Club and its restaurants 5mins, and less than 10 mins to the Arabian Ranches shopping complex. Thank you again ;-)

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

The Villa was as described by Mo. In a gated community and Mo was always available if required. We enjoyed our stay at Mo’s place. Nice garden too to relax and chill out.

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

Absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, homely and peaceful. Perfect spot in Downtown, allowing easy transport to either side of Dubai. Mall access was quick and easy, allowing us to walk there in under 5 mins. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and that was a wonderful start to our trip.

Great place and good location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, and what I loved most was how exceptionally clean it was. The hosts were incredibly supportive and highly responsive, replying to my messages instantly. One of the highlights of my stay was having breakfast served in the apartment—it was truly the best part. The pool and other facilities were excellent. I requested extra cleaning, and they provided it at a very discounted price. The cleaners did a perfect job; everything was spotless, and the duvets and bed sheets were freshly laundered. Another great aspect of the apartment is that it is well-equipped with all the necessities. Overall, my stay was outstanding

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Great place with a wonderful location. The views from the terrace were breathtaking. Jbr walk is right there with all the amazing restaurants. I really loved spending my evenings with my friend and family at the terrace. The rooms were nice and clean. Just a little drawback was that only one of the rooms had an attached bathroom but which was not a big problem. Overall a great place would love to stay there again. Highly recommended. 👍🏻❤️

I stayed here for a week with my family. Nalla and Sabine were great hosts. The apartment was neatly maintained and the views out the flat were stunning. Would definitely come and stay here again in the future!

I really enjoyed the accommodations at this family. Alex and Lovella are wonderful people. I slept very well. The mattress on the bed was very good, it felt like I was at home. There was enough space in the room to rest and store your things. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Convenient location, very close to the metro station. Around the corner from the house there is a restaurant with low prices, where they bake great pizzas. The price for pizza starts from 15 dirhams. I would be happy to return to these apartment.

The apartment adjusted to what we were looking for for a group of 10 people. Everything clean and tidy, with sheets, towels and what we need. The location is excellent, close to the marina where there is a lot of activity, also close to the public transport stations. Finally, the host, very attentive to us, if we were missing something, if we were good the apartment... Highly recommended….

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great
