Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Downtown Chicago

I recently booked for my birthday and everything was wonderful ! It was exactly how it was listed. Luis was quick with responses and made us feel right at home ! I’m definitely going to book again.

Bella’s apartment is in a great location in Wrigleyville , a walking distance from so many great restaurants and bars. The area is close to the Cubs stadium and is a fantastic location if you want to experience the charm of a Chicago popular and safe neighborhood that is not far from the center of the city. Bella was a great host, and was very responsive and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lakesha was very friendly & responded promptly to any questions that we had. She gave us great suggestions on places to visit & things to eat. She even sent up a bottle of wine for my boyfriend's birthday. Very thoughtful & pleasant! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

This place fit our family of four perfectly! It was an easy walking distance to a lot of shops and great restaurants. The view of the entire city is amazing, especially at night! The unit was also very clean we always felt safe! It was so nice that parking available and the front staff were always helpful. It was a great weekend getaway!

Susy’s Place was a 10/10 location downtown Glen Ellyn. It was clean, convenient, and easy to access. My husband was beyond thrilled that the local hot dog cart was just outside our door and open in November- he even made me a vegetarian version for $1.50 less! Susy emphasized how noisy the front bedroom would be, but having sat there with a train going by, it wasn’t bad at all! That being said, the “School of Rock” next-door would be difficult if one needed a midday nap. Not so much due to volume but rather due to the underlying bass- I assumed it was a bar until our local friends helped me pinpoint the issue! 😆 We had an excellent time and will absolutely return to Susy’s Place.

Kathy’s place is exactly as advertised. It’s a beautiful unit, beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for relaxing. The kitchen is excellent - it’s a great place to spend the morning. But there are also any number of excellent coffee shops and cafes less than a 10-minute walk away, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood to walk through. Kathy is responsive and friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure things are right. This is our second time with her and I sure hope there will be a third before long.

We stayed fory husband birthday weekend and it was what I ask for. Couple items destroyed from other guess, but over all my husband and his guest enjoyed themselves. if Guest would respect the property it can be a place for great parties.

I was initially traveling with a group of four but it ended up being just two of us actually staying there. I don’t think four people would’ve had enough room in the space but other than that the space was very clean and comfortable. Nataliha was super nice and told us to dress warm before we went out at night. Her dog was super cute as well and very friendly. It felt like my own home, I would certainly stay again!

Mrs Jackie was a wonderful person to meet she was like another mother to me. She was very helpful and made you feel right at home. She gave her residents privacy you wouldn’t even know she was there but was there if we had any concerns or questions taught us some history about her home and herself the stay was so quiet and peaceful I didn’t want to leave! The parking was great the area was beautiful and it was about 45 minutes from the city which was still a wonderful drive to site see. Mrs. Jackie made me feel welcome coming and when it was time to go. If you were religious she had a place you can read the word or pray even if you wanted to go outside on the deck just beautiful. Kitchen was open if you wanted to cook instead of eating out as long as you cleaned up after yourself theater was amazing felt like you were really at the movies. Jacuzzi was nice at night and peaceful. I highly recommend your stay here she was an awesome and amazing host. When I come back this is the spot!

This is our 2nd time in a year that we stayed at Kelly’s. We were here in the summer & enjoyed the lovely deck. At Christmas we especially enjoyed the gathering spaces on the 1st floor & projection room downstairs!

Love the place, everything was as I expected, kids enjoy the movie theater so great for the price

Comfortable stay and such a fun play area in the basement! Our kids had a blast. The kitchen was easy to cook in for a large group

Wendy was a great host! She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place was clean upon arrival. I had no issues with any furniture. She did notify of a small ceiling leak in the basement area but they took the proper precautions. They also accommodated me for it. The crib is close to the city and in one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago which is a huge plus. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely come back to book again!

It’s clear Francis wants the experience to be fun and it is. Cool extras with the Polaroids, Christmas tree, projector in the BR… nice balcony with a view.

Great studio apartment with very friendly neighbors in a great neighborhood with amazing restaurants. Walking distance to Andersonville, a neighborhood with antique book stores, oddity shops, enough to keep you busy all day. Perfect location. I will stay there again.
