Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Douro River

This location was fantastic. Close to many of the major attractions and no need for a car. It felt safe at all hours of the night and was quiet. The only thing I would comment on that may be a negative for some is the smell of the apartment. There is a very strong sent of perfume or cologne throughout the entire building, and within the apartment itself. Some people may find it nice, but I am very sensitive to scents and found it overpowering and had to open up the windows. I think it may be this brands signature scent, but I found it to be overpowering. But if you are not sensitive to scents- then stay here without a doubt.

Both before we arrived and throughout our stay, Maria was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. The added cost of water and electricity charges for longer term stays are very high, and I really appreciated that Maria gave us forewarning of this. The apartment feels smaller than it looks in photos, but had everything we needed for a lovely 7-week stay. The terrace provides extra space to lounge, but because we were there in Oct-Nov, the angle of the sun meant that it was almost always in shade. The wood floors are beautiful, but are quite creaky. I imagine this is typical in buildings of this age. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay in a vibrant but still relatively quiet part of the city.

Sonia is adorable and the apartment was perfect for our needs: pet friendly, parking on the premises (dedicated, undercover and safe), an elevator, easy access to public transport. And comfortable: well heated, well-appointed and well-equipped. Sonia was very helpful; meeting us on arrival and answering any of our queries promptly. Very happy.

To start, the service here was incredible. Anything I requested or had a question about. Was answered thoroughly and quicky! In addition to the service, excellent location and view, there is free breakfast provided by some of the most friendly people I have met, and the best pastries I have ever had. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Everything you could want to do in Porto, is in walking distance! If you are thinking about booking, I highly recommend and hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

Great place to stay in Figueira with very responsive hosts. Unfortunately I had to leave sooner than I’d planned but would definitely recommend!

Great location next to Matosinhos beach for eg. surfing. Supermarket and other servicers close by. Nice and clean top floor apartment and really helpful and friendly host.

Beautiful apartment. I felt like I was at home with how modern everything was. I will definitely be staying here again upon my next visit!

We really liked staying there. And we can definitely imagine coming there again. We really enjoyed being in an quiet area (especially with a kid). Everything is very reachable (if you don’t mind walking a little bit)… and all the other times you can easily use bolt or uber.

Rosa's place is perfect. We stayed there for 10 days and it went very well. The location is quiet and the nearby restaurant options are quite numerous and within walking distance. Access to the accommodation is well secured. Thanks to Rosa for her responsiveness and kindness as we had free access to nearby parking.

Easy access place, metro, supermarkets nearby, bakeries in the end what was necessary was inside the place, we were a week and we felt it very good , for the kitchen just what was needed. It was worth it to spend in Ramón's apartment.

The apartment is very good, everything is very new, very cared for and with good taste. Easy access via key. Very quiet area just outside O Barco, if you like to walk in 10 minutes in the village. Everything is great! If I come back for the area I will repeat.

This is a house with some age, where it is noted that it has been progressively improved. It has an excellent bathroom. It is well equipped. It is spacious. There is a very close school which implies some noise at the time of entry and at 10:30. During the night it is very quiet. The person responsible for the rental is very attentive, which makes us feel like we are in our home. A good choice quality/price.
