Ideal location close to Jemaa el Fna square and souks while being quiet. The riad has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, all had either reversible air conditioning or space heater during the still cool nights of February. Ibtissam prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and was always available to give us good advice.

The riad is simply stunning. It’s exactly as described and is a private oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. It’s locations away from the super busy areas but close enough to get round. It was a needed retreat after walking around. Fatima was an amazing cook in the morning. We only had breakfast for our family of four and it was more than enough and delicious. Mohamed helped with transfers and while we did not use his services for trips I’d recommend it after probably paying too much for a different operator before we arrive at the riad. Overall I highly recommend the riad, area, and hosts. We enjoyed our time there immensely and would happily go back.

we spent a week at the top the apartment met all our expectations. Farid and his small family were super nice. The residence is a secure place where we felt at home. We have just finished a wonderful stay here. It was our first time in Marrakech and we cannot thank everyone enough for how responsive and helpful they have been. Oussama has been so friendly, informative and helpful. We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the Riad (we saw some others and they are not all like this). We were made to feel that we could come and go as we pleased but that Oussama was there when we needed him. We stayed with our two children and we had two adjourning rooms which was perfect. When the sun came out, we enjoyed the roof top and when it was a bit chilly, we made use of the heated indoor pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay in amazing Marrakech!

A great stay in Matthieu's Riad. The riad is wonderful and has all the necessities. When you first arrive, you think you'll never find it again, but in fact, it gets really easy. It is centrally located near the square, but peaceful inside. I especially enjoyed the mornings on the rooftops with the birds. the medina was incredibly busy and noisy, but when we get into the riad it's like an oasis of calmness. Fatima greeted us with tea with mint and cakes. She is very attentive, a real plus during the stay,it's a ray of sunshine! A great family stay, three generations ,the Riad has three bedrooms with bathrooms each, everyone had their privacy and nice places to meet

Fabulous Airbnb experience! The Riad was so nicely decorated & very comfortable. We visited in winter for a week: heaters on the inside patio were available for the chilly mornings; heaters in the room were available but we mostly didn’t need them. Plenty of warm water, good WiFi and a relaxing rooftop terrace were a plus. The best part of our stay was the attention & support from Simo & Fatimzarah who made us feel first as though we were in a private hotel & then as welcome family. Fati came & prepared a beautiful breakfast daily, & then we were free to enjoy Marrakech. Easy to stroll through all parts of the Medina from our perfectly located riad which was also just a couple minutes walk from the taxi pick up/drop off area. Also, our hostess, Anne, was very responsive & prompt in her communications. It was a great house with an exceptional team & we would definitely love to return some day!

Loved our stay. Out of the city centre roughly a 45min walk and a 10min taxi. Local cheaper food options which were absolutely divine and very close to the Jardin and YSL. Very smooth check in and the apartment is very spacious and was super clean. If you want to be outside of the business of the Medina I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mrs. Amina's apartment, which is carefully furnished and with all the comforts more than essential, the apartment is very clean, a beautiful RDJ with direct access to the pool (bcp better than in the photos), on behalf of my small family, a big thank you and see you next year inchallah.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm from July 25 to August 1 with our family (26 people). Warm welcome as soon as we arrive. The farmhouse was spotless, clean and well equipped. The private pool and micro baby pool were perfect. The small garden with two outdoor lounges, a foosball table, a swing and a rope delighted the kids. Just 8 minutes from the center of Oualidia, with several beaches nearby, the setting was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed many activities in Oualidia. Communication with our host was excellent, always available and helpful. They let our kids visit their space with animals and gave us fresh eggs and organic vegetables. We recommend this farm 10000%. Everything was perfect and we look forward to returning.

Lovely apartment for our family (3 adults and 3 children). Everything was as advertised. Hot water, good WiFi, clean and safe. Great to have breakfast on the balcony. We used our private pool after midday when it was the warmest. Located in what we felt was a safe neighbourhood, Gueillez, security man right outside watching the door and there was someone inside also. 15 to 20 minute walk to the historic market square Jema El Fna and the beautiful Koutoubia Masjid/ mosque, plus other historic sights nearby. (Easy for youngest to walk) Explored neighbourhood walking; local convenient stores nearby to grab eggs and bread for breakfast and other essentials. Bigger supermarkets and high street shops nearby, ladies only spa right around the corner too. great to have frsh sugar cane, lemon andginger juice maker on the corner! In conclusion Adil is a good host and we do hope to go again.

i was very pleased with my stay. Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The location was great . The owner was very welcoming and always available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Marrakech.

The two of us really enjoyed staying 3 nights in this mini oasis - the beach next door in January was almost deserted. Thanks for the hospitality and a very well-maintained retreat.

The place is in the heart of the busy area so it’s extremely convenient. Though it’s in the bustling area, packed with restaurants, it is nice and quiet once in the house. Its 5 floors!! Huge! Everything is ready for you! Perfection! Should’ve stayed longer!

My friend and I stayed 3 nights in Ank’s riad and really enjoyed it. It’s very centrally located. The cleaning lady keeps the home clean and tidy and was very friendly. The check-in was without complications and Ank was always willing to help!

Nabil's place is great. The outdoor area of the house is very enjoyable and very spacious. This place would be great in late spring with the pool and would be perfect for a cookout. The inside of the house is very spacious, and the price that my group of 7 paid to stay there was very reasonable. The Airbnb was also very private, which was a plus. The only downside of the Airbnb is that it is a 20-minute drive to the center of Marrakech. Nabil was very helpful and helped us get to the Airbnb from the airport. He was very friendly as well and recommended some places to eat and things to do.
