Apartment holiday rentals in Douglas County

I always stay at this same property when I come to Coos Bay for work 4 to 5 times a year. This property never disappoints. It’s centrally located and very walkable. Love the private back porches !!

Spacious 2 bedroom with ample livingroom complete with couch bed and fireplace. Nice location. A little sparse in kitchen supplies but overall a nice place.

Debbie's place was quiet and nice. I loved the recliners in the living room, it was nice and comfy watching tv and relaxing. If there's anything u need, don't hesitate to ask the owner. She is very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay and was a nice cozy place.

This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here, and it is always fantastic. Debbie is a responsive and understanding host. She has always given me flexibility, when she can, that I haven't gotten anywhere else. It's a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Cozy, comfortable place close to restaurants, supercharger, and in a nice neighbourhood. Strong enough WiFi for both of us to work.

This immaculately clean, beautifully restored historic stay, run by highly organized and communicative Stay In My District network of accomodations, is a great home base for your exploration of Coos Bay and surrounds. Very quiet residential street, super easy to get to main arteries of Coos Bay and surrounds. Extremely organized host, very cozy feel, and thoughtful touches, such as laundry detergent for a few loads of laundry, gratis, made this overall a delightfult, comfortable and interesting stay. One note for those of us not accustomed to apartment living: if you choose one of the ground floor units, the movements of upstairs neighbors, night and day, will be an accompaniment to your stay. Ear plugs are courteously provided by Stay In. However, if you, like me, are particularly sensitive to noise when sleeping, bring your own noise reduction items. Otherwise one of the best places I have ever stayed, after travelling 19 countries and counting.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is decorated nicely and free of clutter. The bed is comfortable. It’s a large room. The kitchen has all the right cooking tools. The surrounding area is beautiful country. A gas station with a store that contains a deli is is only about 1.5 mikes away. Hosts are nice people and respond quickly.

I enjoyed the stay and nice surroundings. Close to bike trails and hiking. Very comfy and quiet place. Would highly recommend .

Stayed one night for a quick getaway. The unit was beautiful and very modern. Everything was clean. It looked like a brand new place. The interior design is stylish. The hosts kept communication leading up to and during the stay. They did a very good job on this unit. The location was near all the shops, and located in a business complex. I liked that the unit was private, as the businesses nearby were closed while we were there.

Perfect location a few blocks from the marina and half a mile to the sandy beach with restaurants and a little convenience store close by. The home was exactly as described and worked great for our quick trip with two kiddos!

Gail's house is perfectly located for anyone attending the US Rowing NW Masters Regionals. It was just a short 5-minute drive to Lowell State Park, making our trip incredibly convenient. The house itself was very well maintained and suited our needs perfectly for the weekend. Gail was an excellent host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I plan on making this an annual trip as long as Regionals is held in Lowell. Highly recommend.

Awesome place for our fire guys to stay, host was accommodating and a great communicator. The place was as described, clean, beautiful and a home away from home. Would definitely recommend

It was a nice place someone's keys were left there which was weird but after checking the place over just figured the cleaning crew forgot their car keys. The price was high for one night and the road was noisy with cars all night. other then that host communicated fine.

We’re so happy with our stay at Eugenia’s! It was the perfect place to relax after visiting with local family during the day. The layout was great & the space felt roomy. The kitchen was well equipped & laundry, too! We slept well on the comfortable beds. Our dog loved having a fenced space to run. We loved the pizza spot close by. The location was perfect to meet up with family nearby at parks, restaurants, and church.

I was not able to meet Audrey but she called me to let me know she was away and would not be there to meet me. She was open to me contacting her if I needed anything. Her place was clean and quiet, convenient location, plus a jacuzzi to relax in at the end of my day was a bonus.

This is our second stay at Kyle and Elke’s place and we would certainly stay there again if and when we are back in the area. A very peaceful setting and comfortable accommodation that was just right for us.
