Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Douglas County

it was a absolutely beautiful home and we had a great stay ! we did have some power issues where lights and the power went out just a couple times throughout our stay and the beds are kinda uncomfortable.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

My husband, our dog, and I stayed for a Valentine’s weekend getaway. The house was spotless and there were a lot of thoughtful touches to make it a perfect stay. We hope to come back someday!

The location was great for walking. Very quite and private. Jimmy was very helpful and extremely responsive. The house was great and the views are great. An all around great location and size.

This place was perfect. About 40 minute drive from the Denver Airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. The inside is big, comfortable couch and recliner, lots of seating, Netflix and other streaming apps on the TV. Fast wifi. The kitchenette has everything you need, a small fridge and microwave too. Rooms are big and clean, the two bathroom has plenty of hot water. The view is beautiful and if it wasn’t so cold this time of season, we would have probably had a meal on the outside table. It was the perfect stay.

This home was perfect for our small family to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday together. There was plenty of room to relax and watch football on either of the two, large televisions. The kitchen island is grand and was a popular place during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. We were snowed in one day and got to see some of the local deer migrating through the yard. We loved how close this home was to Denver as well as Conifer, making it very convenient to get around. Scott and Katja have thought of absolutely everything - down to all the great instructions, and extra goodies to make a visit to their home very comfortable. Avoid I-70 and head up 285 for a perfect meowntain stay!

This place was perfect. It was peaceful, spotless, beautiful and great location. Stevie was responsive and polite. If you want a great place to stay, you will not be disappointed.

Such a peaceful and restful place to stay. What you see is what you get (in all the best ways!) It’s amazing to think that this use to be a barn, and I think the host did an amazing job honoring the history of the architecture.

Please share this. We were so pleased with our 2 days at 888 Yarnell in Larkspur. We enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere in the mountains with a like-new apartment for 2. Our place was very clean and we enjoyed kcup coffee and shower amenities. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay with live deer and a moose and many turkeys surrounded by evergreens and fall flowers.

Great bottom apartment space. Each bedroom has its own window however so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like some walk out basement type facilities. It was perfect for our 3 day stay with our big dog. There are skunks about so don’t let your dog run free, you might get a surprise. We loved our stay and will return as we visit friends in the area. Kathy is a dog rescue person so she had all the appropriate dog supplies, feeding and watering bowls, leash etc. great stay, easily a five star rating.

This space is thoughtful and welcoming. They have made sure to think of everything to make your stay easy. The beautiful full size kitchen is a grand perk at this price point. Bright and organized, and the high end washer/dryer are conveniently placed to ensure clean clothes for your adventures.

I considered giving an overall rating of 4 only because I am not a huge fan of basement apartments. However, I decided that wasn't fair because that was MY issue- nothing to do with the space. Ken and Colleen added so many 'extras'- well stocked kitchen including chilled bottles of water, condiments, plenty of coffee pods, and snacks- even a bottle of Witch's Brew red wine (I arrived on Halloween)! I had an issue trying to get the local channels on the tv, and Ken fixed it shortly after I mentioned it. I was in Littleton visiting my son and his family and this location was perfect- a short 15 minute walk to his house. The location, cleanliness, attention to detail and adorable decor will probably outweigh my dislike of basement apartments and bring me back to Ken and Colleen's place for future visits!

Place was in a great location. Very nice neighborhood. Very quite. Everything was very clean. Nice space. Kitchen was nice and was adequately stocked with dishes and supplies such as soaps and trash bags and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Bathroom was very clean and had extra towels. Bedroom was nice size. Had extra pillows if needed. Shopping and amenities about 15 min away. Owners were very respectful and kept to themselves but answered right away when I texted a question.

Somah was great host... very accommodating and communicative. Good deal as a base location to explore the area. Enjoyable and comfortable trip for us.

Brianna was a great host- very responsive to all questions. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
