Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Doonan

The space was gorgeous with fabulous views and plenty of comfy spots to withdraw, or gather with a larger group. Nathan supplied lovely Maleny ground coffee to make the most of the coffee machine, wine and nibbles. There were lots of little things that made the stay feel luxurious, eg quality linen and well equipped kitchen. The pool table was put to good use as was the deck and BBQ. The location was perfect, felt remote but only 10 mins from Maleny.

We loved our stay. It was pouring rain most of the weekend but the home was cosy and the sheltered outdoor gazebo provided a lovely spot to sip tea or wine and watch the wallabies and birds. We had a family event to attend and the home was a three minute drive so we were incredibly impressed with the location. Maleny was only ten minutes away and we enjoyed lunch in a gorgeous cafe. The kitchen in the home was a highlight for us and we cooked a big roast dinner with all of the equipment we needed provided. The beds were super comfy! Thank you for a great weekend escape.

This property is gorgeous, the house is welcoming (with a gorgeous rap around verandah!) and we had everything necessary for a lovely family holiday. The location was perfect for hinterland and beach fun. We did ATV tours, boat tours, jet ski tours, hiking, Eumundi markets, and wood fired pizza/ music in Cooroy. We played cards and games in the evening to reconnect as a family and enjoyed sleeping-in due to the peace and quiet surrounding the house. Such a serene and tranquil experience. Our holiday was wonderful, and we highly recommend.

Such a beautiful, cozy house snuggled within the rainforest. Spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the trees and listening to the wildlife. Very grateful to Karen for providing such a perfect spot to get away to and would happily stay again.

Magnificent location and a very well designed house. Well equipped, although some of the living room facilities are getting a little tired. We had some maintenance issues but the manager responded well and they were addressed. Will be returning.

Nina’s place is absolutely beautiful. Short distance from everything Noosa has to offer, but also very peaceful and secluded, surrounded by great views and nature. The cabin itself is so thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and has everything needed for short or longer stays. Nina and Nick were great hosts, always very communicative, and we had everything we needed from minute 1. We’ll 100% stay again whenever we’re in the area.

We had an incredible stay at Ananda Eco Lodge! Nestled in a breathtaking area, the location is truly stunning—secluded, serene, and surrounded by lush natural trees, creating the perfect escape. The lodge stayed true to its description, offering an authentic eco-friendly experience. With ample space and comfortable bedding, it easily accommodated our group of 12 (three young families). The hosts were absolutely wonderful—accommodative, flexible, and incredibly friendly, with communication that exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature!

We had a wonderful stay, thank you. Beautiful dog friendly property in the heart of Sunshine Beach. Easy 5min walk to the beach and 2min stroll to cafes/shops. Really appreciated the thought put into household ammenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with lovely Sacha was always friendly, responsive and helpful. Thanks for dealing with our mishap like a seasoned pro. We will definitely be returning soon! 🤩

Pat and Glenene were perfect hosts, so friendly and welcoming, we didn't want to leave. The space was very comfortable and relaxing, we slept soundly, home from home actually. We were spoiled by all the goodies left for us ... bottle of wine, fresh fruit, breakfast hamper, fresh eggs from the chickens outside, not to mention home made passion fruit curd. Glenene's attention to detail did not go un-noticed, for instance there were fresh cut little flowers for us. Pat is engaging and helpful while Glenene is nurturing and together they have created a happy and spiritual home.

We loved staying in the train carriage at Heaven in the Hills. If you are after a quiet location with a quirky and unique twist … this is the spot. Clean and tidy. Aidan was a great host. Full stove/oven to be able to cook with, albeit a very small kitchen area (which is also holds the single bed), but definitely doable for a few days. Although 10 minutes from the town centre it doesn’t feel that way due to the beautiful drive, so close enough to eat out at one of the local restaurants or pub. Gorgeous outside veranda/area with daybed. Quiet and very private, however the carriage is split into two units so there may be other guests staying next door. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

From the moment you walk in, this place feels special. The beautiful view of King Beach is breathtaking and sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is absolutely pristine and fully equipped, making it a joy to cook in. The beds are not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Every detail has been thought through, and the entire space is immaculate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

The property hosted by Francelle is immaculate, and exactly as described. Walking to the beach and cafe is going to take you 2 minutes. I think I can say this is the nicest place we have stayed in, advertised on Air B&B. Highly recommended.

The apartment was lovely & a very walkable distance from town. Very cosy beds and enjoyed the stay woth family. Do bring earplugs if you're staying the weekend as it's a popular wedding venue. Earplugs also allow you to enjoy the deck without worrying about the traffic below.

Secluded, clean & well-equipped. Kangaroos, cockatoos & kookaburras in the back yard on daily basis. Easy to find. Helpful hosts. You will be enjoying your stay!

We had such a great stay at Kym & Amy's place. It was the perfect summer holiday house with a great pool and entertaining area. The location was perfect in walking distance to Noosa junction where we found so many great little restaurants. The beds were all so comfortable too. Would highly recommend to stay

On this trip we had 2 grandparents, 2 parents and our 4 children. We all had the most magical time. There was enough in this home to keep all generations enterained. The pool was our highlight, there were stunning 360° views, large beautifully maintained gardens, comfortable rooms & bedding & everything you needed in a kitchen to put out a delicious roast dinner. My husband and I cannot recommend this slice of heaven enough & we will definitely return if/when we are back up that way.

Beautiful place to stay, we loved our cabin "Dove" it was very peaceful and quiet. Had a beautiful spa bath on the veranda and overlooked a small waterfall. It was pristine, aircon was on, music playing, the bed was like a cloud, the bathroom was huge. The cabins are reasonable close together and you park and walk to them. I really appreciate privacy and it was very private. the breakfast hamper was packed full of local produce and was amazing and the morning delivery of freshly baked croissants every morning were very special and one of the best things i have every tasted, YUM!!!! Finding the place was easy on google maps but you do have to go a bit further than it says down the hill. Amazing stay, we stayed in summer but would be very special in winter with the fire going. best wishes Jason and Lou

What a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, the location perfect and the home beautifully styled. We felt very much at home and believe this place is wonderful for a short or long stay. All amenities have been thought of with all the little touches that make you feel welcome. We really appreciated the local cheese, biscuits and bubbles too! Absolute serenity. Beautiful Villa with thoughtful inclusions that we didn’t expect. Nicole was super helpful on arrival giving us tips & tricks. That view from the deck though, wow! We’ll definitely be back.
