Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Đống Đa

It was a special experience for us to stay on the 23th floor. It was luxurious, clean and all the facilities we wished were there. I really recommend this place.

Nice and cozy place to stay.

I wanted to stay close to the city and this was the perfect location. Since it’s located in an alleyway you really barely hear any noise from all the traffic. Check-in was super easy and Kim’s hospitality was excellent - very friendly, proactive and she always made sure everything was good. The apartment looked just like the pictures! Clean, comfortable and overall just perfect. Lots of stores, bars and cafes around and everything is just walking distance. If I ever need a place in Hanoi again I will 100% be coming back to this place. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, Kim!

It's close to the old town and you can walk everywhere! I was looking for a place to stay suddenly, but I was able to book it immediately, which was helpful. There are many toilets and showers, and it is recommended for large groups.

We had a nice comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the location and easy walking to lots in the old quarter. The rooms were exactly as described. The bathrooms were a bit small and basic but fit our needs.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Brilliant location in the heart of the bustling old quarter of Hanoi. Easy access to lots of the 'must see' things in the city if you can negotiate the crazy busy traffic! We walked most places and found fabulous vegetarian eateries wherever we were using Happy Cow app. Really comfy beds so feel super refreshed from our stay.

The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. Cozy and ideal for short staycation

Conveniently located nearby on Japan Street, many restaurants.And there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is also convenient for shopping to cook your own meals.

Nam was a great host and very accommodating! Seems like everything we needed was at the house and when we needed something Nam was there to help us out right away! Location is perfect for what we needed and the mall next to the apartment was an added bonus. Highly recommend Nam and his house for your next visit to HaNoi! We went with a group of 6 people and the apartment was spacious for everyone.

Apartment is as pictured; plus -comfortable bed -smart tv - nice building -attached to mall (separate entrance) w/ grocery store, coffee, delicious restaurants, pharmacy + typical stores Things to be aware of -minimal cutlery -hang dry clothes (no dryer)
