This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. You cannot go wrong al Alieh's lovely place, thank you

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

Absolutely gorgeous place, communicative host, lovely apartment. Very comfortable, light filled! The only thing to keep in mind is to be careful which elevators you take coming up from parking, we took the wrong one and had to end up walking around the building- but we never made the same mistake again. Definitely will book again!!

Extremely convenient location in Melbourne especially for accessing the convention centre and public transport. The apartment is spacious, clean, fresh and well equipped. It is very close to the train station and lines which was so convenient but did come with some noise that I personally did not find a problem but if you are a sensitive, light sleeper it would be good to know in advance. For me the convenience and benefits outweighed the noise factor.

Maggie was an amazing host for me, she made me feel so welcome and was very available if I had any queries about the Airbnb. Maggie’s Airbnb was very presentable when I arrived and is in the heart of Docklands giving off some of the best views in Melbourne. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance and also an entire shopping centre 500m from the Airbnb Maggie went above and beyond while I was there even helping me celebrate my birthday while I was alone having her neighbour bring me a cake with some candles on it. I will definitely be staying at Maggie’s Airbnb whenever I come to Melbourne for a visit

What a fantastic find in the heart of the CBD! Exactly what we needed as a couple who needed a getaway. Close to everything in the city and had great facilities in the apartment building. They only provided one set of keys but the host was easily accomodating to us about this and provided an extra set. The bathroom drain was slow to drain but our host came and fixed this up. Still, we would easily come back here and stay. The host was responsive, friendly and accomodating, and that makes all the difference.
