Very nice house on the Ile d 'Oleron in a quiet and peaceful area. Located not far from shops and the beach (Matha beach) approx. 10min by car. Impeccable accommodation as described, very clean with secure garden and terrace access. Ideal with an animal. We were able to visit the island as well as the gastronomy of the moment especially with the oysters... Very good stay. I recommend 200%.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

It was really great the towels and bed linen smelled good laundry, everything was very clean the beds were very comfortable, very well arranged, close to everything really I loved and would go back!

2 days2 nights with my 13 year old son. Very clean studio,quiet, 1 parking space in front of the entrance, very convenient for transporting business,very simple and functional(complete basic equipment to spend a few days), very comfortable bedding,everything works,small pleasant private outdoor terrace, close pool/spa, st martin and La fleet . The apartment is very clean and well located: close to shops and beach, everything can be done on foot. Well equipped, sofa bed, we slept very well! Free parking across the street. In short, it's a perfect place to settle in quiet. Maryline welcomed us very warmly. Recommended!
