Holiday houses in Dock Terrace

Booked last minute. Communication straight away. Very helpful in helping us settle in and provided us with what we needed. Dog latch available. Cabin had everything we needed. Hot water, heat, TV and fridge to cool our drinks. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a few days of peace and quiet.

We stayed here for two nights. It was a lovely place with amazing views, close to pubs, food, the sea, church, etc. It was about a 25min car ride into Cork. The location also had parking available, which was a huge plus for us since we had a rental car. Check in and out was easy and smooth. It was a cozy place to wake up in and come back to at the end of a long day. I would definitely recommend this stay!

We stayed at Lisa's house and had a wonderful holiday. There was everything we needed in the house. The house was more beautiful than it looked in the pictures. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much to Lisa for perfect hosting.

I don't think I've ever stayed in an airbnb with a host as considerate, accommodating, and fashionable (both in personal and interior decorating style). The space was designed with livability and beauty in mind, and it shows. My family and I settled in instantly, as the space oozes comfort, from the wood burning stove to the well-stocked and compact kitchen. And if that wasn't enough, as it was Christmas, she brought me and my family plates from her meticulously cooked family dinner. If we're ever in Cork again, we will surely rent with her, and maybe even take her out for a cocktail. Thanks, Maureen!

Clinton was a great host, cottage was very clean and well equipped. He also helped facilitate taxis to and from the wedding venue we were in town for. Highly recommend.

We were home as a family for personal reasons and pretty last minute to book Whiting Stay. So to spend time in this cozy home with lots of space for the kids was pure awesome, the tasteful Xmas decorations made such a difference so we felt right at home. Looking down on the beach with 2 beautiful cloud free days, sunrises, winter steam coming off the sea, surfers up early to catch the morning tide/swell, starry nights …. Our hearts are full. a cosy house, off the beaten path, surrounded by the beautiful west cork countryside. Close to Leap, and reasonable drive to clonakilty, schul and other great locations. highly recommended for those wanting some peace and quiet and good access to nature and the surroundings. Ger is a great guy, very welcoming and friendly , and I would not hesitate to recommend going there. might go again myself:)

We had a truly lovely Christmas stay at Barbara’s Airbnb! The house was the perfect size for our family, offering plenty of space while still feeling incredibly cozy and inviting. The decor and atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, especially during the holidays. The location was fantastic—close enough to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. Whether it was taking walks in the charming surroundings or popping out for last-minute holiday essentials, everything was conveniently within reach. Barbara was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas together. Highly recommended!
