The apartment has been recently renovated with high standard fixtures. The bathroom is stylish and also has a washing machine. One large queen bed plus a bunk bed means enough space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A 5 minute walk to the subway and a 2 minute walk to the water where you can go swimming. Its in the middle of the city yet also in the nature!

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. The place is perfect for couples, families with children or single adventurers.
