A wonderful experience staying at James's property. The space was exactly as described; clean, quiet, comfortable, and a very central location. James was an outstanding host with excellent communication throughout the entire process and ensuring all needs were met. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with a welcoming environment, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second stay with Cathy. We hope to stay at her home next year too. That’s how much we love the house, the location, and trust the host to be responsive and helpful, Wonderful hosts. Always responsive, considerate, helpful. Beautiful place to be. Feels like home. The surroundings beautiful, the shore, the island, and the town, the fields and meadows. The house is very comfortable. There is everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing, fun stay.

The Cottage was a perfect blend of rustic and modern, thoughtfully appointed and had everything we could think of. Our big plus was the trust and no hassle from the hosts to include our beloved big dog. My husband and I came out to the North Fork for our October babymoon. The Cottage town area is very serene during the fall season, with most activity around the pumpkin farms. Our favorite things to do—take the dog down to the bulkhead in the mornings, spend the afternoons on a nature walk/winery nearby and nights at a local restaurant. Cons but not dealbreakers: Spotty internet often went in/out. Persistent fruit flies all throughout house, traps didn’t help. The listing advises of the Main House rental, we found it not very private to the closeby Cottage. With big glass doors and sheer curtains, you’re in plain view to the House at night. It felt too intimate for our preference to share the small beach with strangers 15 ft away, esp with their kids and our dog.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with supplies. The 7 of us enjoyed gathering around a spacious table to play games in the bright roomy sunroom. It led out to a very nice patio with a comfy wicker couch and chairs. The host was very prompt in responding to us and was quick to satisfactorily address our questions. We had a wonderful,memorable time!

Ashley saved our trip to mystic Connecticut after our previous Airbnb got cancelled an hour before we were suppose to leave . Ashley is a wonderful host and has a beautiful home. She was able to accommodate us within four hours of notice. Her home is gigantic and spotless and we felt right at home. The house came with everything you would need for a weekend or a long vacation . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for one in the area. The home was secluded and all we had was peace and quiet; Which was much needed ! Also, Ashley is a very responsive person, any question I had was answered within a few minutes, and I felt like she really cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Pls come on down and visit her home , you won’t regret it !!

Perfect weekend getaway spot with a wonderful backyard. The hot tub was a treat and the rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect spot for our little family vacation. We were so close to a few really nice beaches and the area is a short drive to mystic aquarium and village. Patsy and family are very nice and gave some great suggestions for activities in the area.

The house and area were ideal. I had moved from the area the year before I rented Melissa’s home . My partner and I lived just a mile and 1/2 from the rental. He passed away and this was my first time back on the North Fork. Having lived in the area over 30 years it was great to be back. Melissa’s home was perfect close to all my friends and my partner’s family. The house was ideal with 3 levels it was perfectly suited for me and my two dogs to have our space and my two housemates had their own space. I look forward to possibly renting her home next year as well.
