Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santo Domingo de Guzman

The accommodation is better than in the photos, the very pleasant place with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Rossy was very kind and understandable with arrival since our flight was late, the sector was very nice with shops nearby and was close to tourist places, easy to get around using apps.

This is our second time staying here and I cannot recommend the home enough. Andrés is the best host that I have found in 10 years of using this website. If you are on the fence about it, you need to stay here. It is worth every penny and more. Thank you Andrés!

A very nice place especially the pool area which has plenty of furniture for entertaining. Clean house in a secure area.

Brilliant place, just a stone throw outside of the centre, so feels very "local". Sometimes noisy outside, but it adds to the vibrant feeling. Nice little pool/jacuzzi to cool down in the warmest hours, nice patio and ac in all bedrooms. All in all very nice stay

the price was great, we had a superbowl party, there were things to do for nonsuperbowl watcher to do such as domino table and chairs kitchen fully stocked, much better than a hotel room, I fully enjoyed myself.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Perfect for a girls’ trip!! So easy to get inside and great facilities. Only one bathroom but has hot water and great water pressure. Wonderful air and three separate bedrooms if you use the living room pull out!!!

Perfect for a short stay it was clean the supermarket was close. The only thing they could use a few kitchen utensils such as chefs knife to cut with. Other than that I would stay here again.

great place,.I love it and fell right at home. the host is every responsive and they even helped me with filling out the e-ticket form cause I didn't know the sectors, zones and because of them i didn't miss my flight. the location is awesome, the view is amazing. I will definitely be staying there again.

One of the best experiences, unbeatable quality price, extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. Jose Luis was extremely friendly even, I tube the courtesy of bringing more savanna and towels than were so they could be used while washing the others. he was always attentive and cortex we were very satisfied!!!

Everything is excellent... Jorge is a very welcoming person, responds cordially and quickly. The only bad thing is the doorman of the night , unfriendly all the time, very complex and not pleasant .

Indianas place is gorgeous, peaceful and very safe. As a host she is an excellent communicator and took very good care of me, and made sure everything was well every day. I willl definitely be back. I highly recommend.

Edward's home was beautiful and exactly as you see in photos. Spacious enough that you could easily feel at home. Each bedroom came with it's own private bathroom and there was also a half bath for guests. The neighborhood is safe and in an easily accessible location. Ubers are cheap and usually available within a minute so there is no concern about moving around. If you're looking for a space away from tourist traps but close enough that you can tour and site see this is the place. Edward was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very satisfied with my stay there. I will definitely come back again. My overall experience was excellent.

Decent experience. The only issue was that I rebooked to stay an extra day and the host could not refund the cleaning fee as I was already charged on my previous booking. He claimed that it was not possible although I have gone through this experience before and was refunded.
