Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 8

The place is easy to move to the areas in the city if you have a motorbike, this area has many shops, coffee shops that are very convenient. The room is small but full of utilities , easy check in process & the property will contact before arrival to support check-in, the room price is worth the money & cheaper than most nearby areas.

It's been very pleasant and comfortable staying here during my long trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The host was supportive and friendly. He made sure that me and my guests felt welcomed and relaxed in his place. Everything was clean and at hand, and from the home's location, I could reach easily supermarkets, restaurants, and different kinds of service and stores. I enjoyed my time here. Thank you!

Greate place to stay. Have a big garage and Koi fish aquarium.

Very nice place. Clean and had everything I needed and then some. The accent lighting is super cool. Some friends of mine who lived in district 1 felt it was a little far from the action, but I felt it was just right. A 20-minute grab will get you most places in the city, and this neighborhood was charming with easy access to food and groceries while being much less crowded than most of the city. The wifi wasn't perfect, but good enough for video calls 95% of the time--just had a little trouble one time. I was also hoping for a little more of a coliving vibe because there is a common area, but it felt more natural to keep to my own room most of the time when at home--as others didn't use the common areas much. This said, I did meet 1 or 2 people, and everyone was nice. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Also, the host was very friendly and answered very fast.

The apartment has everything you need. The neighborhood has a lot of food options; a minimart and pharmacy are within walking distance.

Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood (not crowded). Lots of convenience stores, nice restaurants and cafes and atm machines/banks around. Very good coffee downstairs. Very polite host. Great value for money.

Overall a very comfortable stay with a very local feel to the place. Thao was extremely proactive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Jus take note for the bedroom area, the steps are steep n if you are 1.8m, you're hitting the ceiling every time you stand up. Also the backdoor leads to the motorcycle parking area, so alas the noise of the bikes come in/out n the doors opening/closing does intrude significantly so light sleepers be aware.

Great spot and quiet location. Elevator was a game changer cause we have elders and a lot of luggage. The house keeper was such a sweetheart.

It's a really interesting house. It's located in an ordinary old alley, but I took an immediate liking to it the moment I opened the door. The room is just like what I saw in the pictures, dominated by yellow tones. The room layout is full of details. It's quite large and divided into two floors, with two bedrooms, providing ample space. The homeowner is very trustworthy and enthusiastically helped me solve transportation problems. I had two delightful days here.

It's a nice place and you can easily get to District 1 . You have almost everything nearby. We definitely enjoyed that place
