I stayed with Ms. Ngan for one night, although it wasn't long, but I had a quite comfortable experience staying here. The room is new, the equipment in the room is quite full, with a detailed instruction sheet in the room. Ms. Ngan is enthusiastic to support, friendly conversation. There is a coffee shop below which is quite chill, the drinks are also delicious.

host was really responsive throughout, made everything so much better. place was fantastic, felt really local and location was about 10-15 mins from everything touristy! everything you need in the apartment as well. only thing is that the water pressure from the showers is really really small but everything else was fantastic! stairs are steep and youll have to climb 4 levels so take note too

I just spent two nights at this charming homestay in Ho Chi Minh City, and I couldn't be happier with my stay! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first time staying near the river, and the location was perfect — so close to a ton of great food spots. I had no trouble finding delicious local eats just a short walk away! The homestay itself was a delight. It’s very well-equipped with all the essentials and more. The kitchen was a huge plus, fully stocked with everything I needed to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee. The space felt cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot to stay in HCM. I'll definitely be back!

Great place for big group with 5 bedrooms. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, had everything we needed. Big kitchen, good facilities, beautiful rooms and views

Great place to stay! Jennifer’s a great host and she is very friendly. She responses very promptly. Will take quite a while to travel around during rush hour and roads might be jammed, so will recommend to plan ahead especially when flying back. Minimarts and food places are within walking distance, amenities are in good working condition and place is spacious and looks better in real life 🤩

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

Than Tung was a great host. He is very friendly/welcoming and offered great advice for travelling Vietnam. I'm glad I spent 6 days staying with him in his air bnb. As for the amenities everything was perfectly fine for a traveler like me. The neighborhood is away from the tourists areas so when you're there you'll just be treated and feel like you're one of the locals. Everyone there just goes about their daily lives. Nobody is going to bother or try to sell you anything like they do in other tourist districts. There's also plenty of good places to eat. Than Tung will be happy to show you where to go.

The apt. is located in a great place. The neighborhood is very nice. There are many convenient stores around. The apt building is very new and clean with good service. The room is new, fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, one kitchen and a very nice view of the city. The 2 rooms have great views too. It is worthy for a family with a child or a couple who want to stay here for several days or a week. The host is very nice and prepared well before l checked in. He is living in the community as well.

The location was really good, and the location was The internal facilities are also perfect. Security is also good. There is a 24-hour security on the first floor.

Beautiful roomy corner apartment more than enough equipped. Absolutely bright but cool place as sun exposure is not direct keeping rooms cool. Liked the open views, quietness and walkable surroundings. Quick access to the city center. Very good for couples and people with kids which can safely explore the swimming pool area and the inner yard with shops etc in the 3rd floor. Big thanks for friendly hosting!
