This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

We had a pleasant stay at Dimitris' apartment. Dimitris was a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The highlight was definitely the spacious balcony with its unbeatable sea view – a perfect spot to relax. However, families with young children should be aware that the neighbors in the building were not very welcoming. We experienced multiple instances where they complained about the noise from our children and seemed generally unhappy with Airbnb guests. Their behavior, including some threats, made part of our stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the apartment and the host were wonderful, the atmosphere with the neighbors was a downside for our family.

Pety's Place was amazing. Pety and her husband were super friendly from the moment we booked the apartment. Kid friendly, very clean. A quick two minute walk, and you are at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. We will definitely be booking when we return to Greece again! very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 3 king-size beds. My four daughters slept comfortably with no problems sharing a bed. bonus air conditioning in each bedroom, however, with the ocean being so close doors and windows open was all you needed. ❤️

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To be mentioned: In the same yard the hosts also stay, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same location. Thanks for everything!

I cannot recommend Olga’s enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. Olga made us treats and was so kind and friendly. She gave great recommendations. The house was extremely comfortable. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and very relaxing.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!
