Beautifully laid out flat next to the sea. Perfect spot between Saint Malo’s old town and the more locally frequented Saint Servan. Large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area.

Nice space and Alex communicated really well. Note that there’s no WiFi and sheets/towels are not provided.

A short stay in St Malo under the sun . A beautiful apartment in a great location. Restaurants , small shops and walks, everything is within walking distance. Thanks to Christian, and Corinne for her kindness when handing over the keys. You can go there without a second thought...

very nice stay in Dinan. The listing is true to the listing, ideally located 2 steps from the historic center. Clean accommodation, with all the necessities including sopalin. toilet paper, shower products, sheets, towels at no extra charge. A little extra: welcome treats! Very nice harbor view. Close to Saint Malo and Mt Saint Michel. Parking on the street is sometimes difficult. Responsive Host.

A few meters from the sea, the accommodation is located on a one way street so quiet, for a New Year's Eve night, the neighborhood was not too noisy. Very clean and functional, convenient for our small family (3). Very close to St Malo intra matured. We'll be happy to go back!

Laure and Christian has been fantastic hosts, very responsive to all our questions, flexible and welcoming. The apartment is extremely well located intra muros close to everything (even train station is 20 min walk). Great food stores around (butter and cheese, fishmonger, grocery, bakery…). Restaurants are great too (hum 😋 try Mana, excellent price to value, 2 min walk). The place has been renovated and the brand new windows make it very quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. And everything was sparkling clean… just nothing to complain about (and we are French 😁) ! Everything was great. Thank you !!!!

Excellent family stay. The house, perfectly renovated and equipped, has stunning views of St Malo. Sam was very responsive in answering our practical questions. We would be tempted to come back in the warm season to enjoy the terrace and access to the beach

Perfect house for 2 couples with children, large, very functional, refurbished and with lots of charms. Kitchen and bedroom overlooking the sea and sunset, a real treat every night. Conveniently located, shops within walking distance, beach opposite with easy access to the island of Ebihens. We were all delighted with our stay.

Tastefully restored small fisherman's house. Small garden in the back for quiet lunch. 3 minutes away from the peaceful harbor. And good advice from Mina for markets and restaurants .

We had a very pleasant stay at this house with our family. The place was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The location was great, in a quiet area and close to amenities. The hosts were very welcoming, available and attentive to our comfort. We would highly recommend this apartment for a successful stay!

You can sail 30 minutes from Cancale, St Malo, Dinard and 15 minutes from Dinan, perfect! Thanks for the good bottle of Cider when you arrive! We would recommend this listing!

Very good weekend in this beautiful apartment very well located with a beautiful environment and views. Everything was impeccable, we slept well there. Beautiful beaches nearby. A good exchange with Julien also and thank you for accepting our two small dogs and for the little touches to the welcome.

Extremely friendly host. Pauline makes herself very available and very responsive in terms of communication. Extremely accommodating and flexible because when it is possible to have the accommodation earlier at check-in or later at checkout, she informs you very quickly what is appreciated. The accommodation is very well located because it is close to the wild coast of Saint Malo, in a very quiet and peaceful place while being easy to access. The only downside would be the spiral staircase which is really narrow, be careful with small children. I had read it on a review, so I had some slippers required to avoid slipping. It remains that the host is really very friendly and very available and very responsive and I find it really appreciated. Thank you Pauline for trusting us and welcoming us!!!

Mareva's department is very comfortable and welcoming. It has a spectacular view and has everything you need to feel at home. Very quiet and ideal for relaxing. Totally recommended! It is close to everything and the surroundings are very nice. Supermarket and bakery just a few minutes walk away. We loved our stay in the apartment 😄

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!
