Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Dillon Reservoir

My family had a terrific time staying in Breckenridge at Jody's place! It is a big, beautiful house with plenty of space for our large family. It snowed quite a bit before we arrived, and the house and surrounding area couldn't have been more beautiful! Jody was a great host, who anticipated everything we might need and had the house well-prepared for us, including having the driveway plowed. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and the house suited our family of all ages perfectly. We both cooked in her large kitchen as well as ate out at multiple restaurants in downtown Breckenridge, which was a short 10 minute drive away (and super easy to get to). We were able to grocery shop at Safeway and King Soopers, each about 10-15 minutes away, and gas stations were also just a short 5-10 minute drive away. The view from inside the house is gorgeous, surrounded by large pine trees. The front of the house has an astonishing view to the mountains to the west. We will happily stay here again!

This house is absolutely charming! If you are an old house fan, this is IT! Loved the history of the home. Very spacious, too! Be aware of the days the local (adorable!) coffee place and bar are open. And go to both! Otherwise, there's not much else right in Silver Plume. It's quiet and cute! Georgetown is very close by, as are several ski resorts. We had 5 adults in this home and had plenty of room. It's very homey! We had some plumbing issues and Steve was very responsive and had someone out quickly, even on a holiday.

Our stay was everything we hoped for! Clean, excellent communication, great location, the list is endless. The home accommodated our large family comfortably. Thank you for having us!

Amazing house and stay close to breck. Sweetest host and super responsive. Absolutely gorgeous place and will definitely be back. Best ski house we’ve stayed in at blue river, and super close to the mountain.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a blast. We had reservations at Arapahoe Basin which was only about 30 minute drive! Very cozy place and the fire place was amazing to use! It got real cold during our visit but that fireplace kept it very cozy and warm. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a cozy and quiet getaway with any sort of outdoor activities or simply just to relax!

Dan was very friendly and helpful. The home is perfect for a family or group. We came here with our dogs and for a girls ski trip and felt safe, peaceful, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third year to spend a week in Janet’s house and we’ve already booked for Jan 2026. It is perfect and roomy for our family of 4 plus our yellow lab. It’s well stocked with everything we could need and the beds are comfortable. We love the location, as there is a bus stop and a park immediately across the street. It’s also close to the supermarket and restaurants and everything there is to do when we decide to drive.

Played in the pond hockey tournament in keystone. Super easy to walk over to the lake when we had a game and then just enjoy the place when we didn’t.

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the location! Our place was very cozy! Not far at all between frisco and Breckenridge which was perfect for us!

Everything about the house was exactly as described and had no hiccups. The house had an immense amount of furnishings and kitchenware to do anything you needed in the house.

Everything we needed. Stayed here for 2 nights while we skied at copper which was never more than a 20 min drive, even on a Saturday morning. Very quick communication when we had an issue with the clubhouse key as well.

Easy access to town and perfect to warm up after a long day of skiing. Has a gas stove, which I love cooking on and my kids thought the loft was fun. It helps they allowed our dog too.

We stayed at Mary and Alan's condo for a couple nights to ski at Keystone. It's located down the street from the main parking lot and there is a shuttle stop right in front. it was very clean and comfortable. They are great hosts and we enjoyed our stay. we will definitely be back soon!

Isreal has an amazing place! We love the views, walking trails, and the walk to town. It was a perfect stay:) Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in and our needs moving from another location. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and honestly have no notes / everything was so well thought out and perfect! From extra space heaters and linens, to soft and cozy blankets in every room, to separate towels and robes for hot tubbing, the fully stocked kitchen, and incredible game room with ping pong and air hockey and every board game you’d ever need, we had everything we hoped for in the weekend at our fingertips. There were cute colored glasses for our cocktails, and even a cheese slicer for our charcuterie board! Plus they had a crate and dog bed/bowls for my pup on hand! So nice. The property has incredible views, is well decorated, and backs right up to an awesome trail system for cross country skiing, skinning or hiking, all while being minutes from the ski resorts and town! Thanks so much for hosting our group, we will definitely be back!

Spacious home in the perfect location! We loved the sauna and expensive yard for our dog. The house was clean and comfortable….cool 70s vibe with some update. You won’t find a more comfortable spacious house for the price! Summit Cove was extremely responsive to any question! We will be back!

We loved staying at Shane and Michelle’s place. It was cozy and the perfect spot to enjoy skiing at all the Epic locations (Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail). They were extremely friendly and responsive. They always made sure we had everything we needed and there were more than enough towels, blankets, pillows, and all the essentials.

Great place, much better than the photos. The kitchen is modern with everything you need and the entire place felt spacious. I will note, during our stay there was a miscommunication with the cleaning team due to WiFi outages and the place hadn’t be cleaned when we first arrived. Fortunately, the cohost Karen, was extremely responsive and was able to stop by on short notice to replace bedding and towels. She then stopped by the next day while we were out to restock paper products. It was an honest mistake and Karen did her best to resolve the issue quickly. Served as a good home base for skiing on the Ikon pass.

This was a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location too, only 15 min from keystone and not more than 45 min from beaver creek either!

Wonderful little home perfect for our small family gathering of 4 adults and 1 child. Walked to the sledding hill just down the road which was great fun! Walked to the many restaurants nearby as well. Clean, cozy and relaxing. This was our 2nd time renting here and I dare say we will come back a 3rd.
