The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

A spacious, lovely flat with a peaceful garden! Joel is very kind and responsive—he even helped carry my heavy luggage. I’m glad I chose his place. Only wish I’d had more time to enjoy the barbecue!

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

A very nice little apartment with everything you need for a stay in Waterloo. A good area with lots of shops and restaurants, very good communication with Valérie and good flexibility.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

I stayed in a hostel the night before I stayed here, and after seeing Ionel’s place and the value, I wondered why I hadn’t stayed there longer. Not extravagant but cozy and comfortable in a quieter neighbourhood with easy transit. Would recommend. Thanks!

Wim is an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Communication was very easy and smooth. The apartment corresponded perfectly to the description. Everything was great !! The only thing was difficult for us to find the key down !!

We stayed 2 nights in the accommodation and our arrival was late. We didn't need to ask anything, all the information was given to us well in advance. It was clear, well explained and easy to access. The host came to visit us the day after our arrival to introduce himself and possibly answer our questions if we had any. He was very friendly. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, tidy, very nice and about 5-7 minutes' walk from Pairi Daiza. This is a listing that we would recommend and would not hesitate to return to. Thank you for hosting us and for this beautiful accommodation :)

Great stay at David's apartment, very well located between Ixelles, Saint-Gilles and Uccle. Place is clean and spacious. The neighborhood is super nice with lots of cool restaurants and cafes. David is welcoming and responsive and the check-in instructions are accurate. I will come back without hesitation during future stays in Brussels!

Next door to metro and supermarket. 20 min walk to the grand square. The place is just like described with all the amenities. Yossif was friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this apartment, great value!

Apartment was big, cosy and as described. The location is excellent, 10-15 minutes of walking into the city center. There's a lot of tasty Syrian restaurants in vicinity. Rim was very fast and friendly when replying to questions. One of the best Airbnb experiences we had so far.

Super clean, perfect location, everything is as per pictures and Zawar was always quick to respond with queries. Highly recommend!

Very good stay at Fernando's despite a hectic night because of the neighbors downstairs. The apartment is very well located for those arriving by train (from the airport ortemment) - not very far from the city center. Fernando is available / excellent communication / & flexible. The apartment is very well equipped, well decorated and perfectly clean. We feel very good there! I recommend+

great location, friendly host and gated parking all made up for a good experience. the place was maintained very clean and in general was worth it for the price and features. unfortunately I wasn't able to use the jacuzzi / hot tub due to power failures in the apartment building.
