We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, all the amenities offered are perfectly functional, hot tub, sauna, a subdued atmosphere perfect for a stay for two. I would highly recommend this listing. Easy and quick communication, accessible accommodation, walking distance very easily. No complaints.

Bright spacious through accommodation with electric roller shutters, very nice well-equipped kitchen (senseo coffee maker), nickel Italian shower, 3 large bedrooms, TV and wifi access by QR code very easy to record. On the 1st floor of a condominium with parking for residents, very easy to access, close to a tram station and modern supermarket. For walkers 10 minutes walk from the gastronomic city and 15 minutes from Place Emile Zola with plenty of restaurants.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is very well located, it allows you to walk to the center of Beaune. We found the apartment clean and very friendly. We can only advise!

Martine's maisonette is perfect for a weekend with family or groups of friends. Quietly located and close to a pretty little lake, we were able to get to the center of Beaune in just a few minutes by car. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and Martine was very responsive and accommodating.

Great stay with friends at Dominique's! The house is very beautiful and very nice: the fireplace is a real plus. Everything was clean, with nice touches. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's great for making good convivial meals. Once again, thank you for everything! We'll be happy to go back!

We immediately felt comfortable in this very clean and beautifully decorated family home. We particularly appreciated the spacious rooms, the comfort of the toilet on each floor and the perfectly enclosed garden as well as the calm of the environment. Not to mention the warm welcome given to us.

" Nice to meet you," so you extended it for 4 days. Rental door closed . Elevator . "Whaouh" effect as soon as you enter. Bright and clean apartment, in line with the photos. Very well equipped kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher ,washing machine, MO , oven . You can cook like at home. Everything is very functional. Nespresso machine. Cleaning products available and for LL and LV. Large TV screen ( Netflix) in the living room (very comfortable sofa) and bedroom ( very good bedding) and the must: huge dressing room. Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate toilet. Street parking at the bottom of the safe building. Everything on foot: market halls( 15 min) and historic site. You feel at home and better than at the hotel. Small intermarket 5 min away. Very quiet building and very clean. And looking: nothing is missing and Étienne is available at the slightest request, very good host with a pleasant attention. Thank you. Definitely will be coming back.
