incredible place! the house is beautiful inside and out - much better then the pictures on the site, actually. Miroslav - is a phenomenon - I've been in over 100 airbnb's in my life, and never have I encountered such a host: 1. He came to pick us from Florina in Greece, 45 minutes after we called and said that we can't enter to Macedonia with our car. 2. He drove us to the market, to hike in the mountain, to town to pick up a car He is warm, kind, carrying and interesting to talk to Airbnb - give this guy a medal !

Extremely responsive and kind host. He and his family welcomed us in the apartment which met our expectations based on the listing’s description. The apartment is quite close to the city centre in walking distance. He also gave us great recommendations for the city. The only disadvantage is that ,since the apartment is located in a semi- basement, there was sometimes a faint smell -due to the humidity in the bathroom-. Overall, we would choose this apartment for our next visit in Bitola.

Very basic but has everything you may need, the lake is wonderful and the water is pleasantly warm for swimming. The best beaches are just few kilometers away.

I had a great time at Tome's apartment! They were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. The apartment itself was lovely, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The apartment was as described. The location was perfect, a less than fifteen-minute walk to the clock tower, making it convenient to explore Bitola. Additionally, the apartment’s accessibility made it easy to get in and out of Bitola.

The instructions for finding the apartment were very clear from Nikola. Nice studio with a small balcony to enjoy the neighborhood quietly in the evening and in the morning. Shops and restaurants are 5mn walk away. Really well 🤗

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

I had an exceptional experience renting the apartment for 2 days. The apartment was not only clean and modern, but also spacious and ideally located. Julija, our host, was remarkably kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth stay. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. 👌🏻
