The stay with Raffaella absolutely exceeded my expectations. Because there was no bus on Sunday, she picked me up from the station with her husband, so sweet! Furthermore, she was always available when I had questions. When I needed olive oil to cook, I was allowed to come and get a cup of olive oil from the bakery in the village (her husband works there)😊. Furthermore, the balcony overlooking the sea is fantastic! With Raffaella as a sweet and welcoming host, this airbnb is recommended! Definitely a place to come back to:)

Geneva welcomed me and my friends in person, during the stay she responded promptly to any questions. The apartment is well located, just a few steps from the sea and the center of Praia, it is equipped with sheets and towels and everything you need to cook. Each room has its own air conditioner, a very comfortable terrace area for breakfast overlooking the sea. The terrace overlooks the parking lot, which is great for keeping an eye on your car.

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We loved our stay. Everything was well appointed and very clean. We come every year but our old apt is no longer being rented. We feel happy we found Rocvo's apt and we hope to return next year.

We were my sister, my husband and I and EC was very communicative, very quiet, sure, good parking, very clean, only wifi was needed, the beds could be improved but they are good, very good space, location is close to everything, we love it!

Corrado and his family were very kind, helpful and gave us a warm welcome into the flat. The flat was very well equipped with a great view towards the sea. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed at Massimo's in four adults at an event in the area. The house is tastefully renovated, super clean and stocked with everything you need, with spacious and comfortable environments. The area (in autumn) is quiet and we had a great night's sleep. Conveniently located for both the beautiful Gulf of Policastro and the back mountains. The local gastronomic offer is interesting. Massimo is a thoughtful guest: if we go back to the area we will gladly stop at him again.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!
