Apto otimo, very neatly tidy,clean and organized . A Carina responds well and quickly to all the questions. Bed linens,towels and all clean and organized accessories.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The employees are extremely kind and helped us upon arrival. There is a little noise in the countryside, but very low due to the apt being high and it is also not something that hinders the experience.. the region is apparently quiet. Plus the view is amazing! When we entered the apartment was clean and organized. The host was always available for questions and was flexible about checking in, which helped a lot! The apartment is equipped exactly as in the listing description. It was a great experience!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

I highly recommend the apartment! Just like the listing! It served me and my family super well ( two adults and two children). Well divided space, all new and super clean, the bed linen smelled!! Great location, close to everything is a very safe place. The house is modern and the amphritria responds and resolves everything quickly. We will be back.

We were super well hosted, the house is simple but extremely clean, smelt and quite complete. The house is very well located, close to the subway, restaurants and for me it was great because it was close to my family home and to the anniversary site we had on the FDS.

What a beautiful place, it is even more beautiful in person! Very green, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even miquinhos. Very quiet and quiet, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very nice. :) I read the tips in other guests' reviews and helped a lot. I took a merrinha knife, we walked to the Spani (but we returned from uber with hahaa shopping), we went to thrift stores, we walked through the farmhouse and in the Itaim park. And in the house it has absolutely everything you need to cook, blender, shape, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a sweetheart, said that not having something, just request that it is arranged. We want to come back more often. ♡

We had wonderful family moments in this space! All as described. The children did not want to leave the pool (air-conditioned!) and the adults made a good use of the barbecue and the pool table! :D Letícia was super solicitous at all times, with clear instructions on access to the house and helped us even by scheduling a person to help us clean the space during the event, which was great because she knew all the amenities and utensils of the house well. We want to come back soon!

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

Amazing place!! Right in full Oscar Freire super silenced!! Impeccable bedding, we bedded super well with a big family!! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was the salvation in the midst of the heatwave that we face in Sao Paulo!! Hope to come back more often!!!

The apartment was as described, comfortable, clean and nice. The building is well taken care of, with great condominium space (swimming pool, fitness center, others). The building's staff were kind and polite. The location was excellent, you could walk to Ibirapuera Park and several great restaurants nearby. And the hostess is always very attentive and quick in the responses. We love everything. Would definitely come back.

Paulo is a great host, responds super fast, is polite, gives clear instructions. I constantly go to SP for work, I always stay in the same building.. now I will always stay in the same ap hahaha
