Where can I start … from the moment I was in contact with Frederick to the end of my stay, I was in shock from how high his level of service was in our stay. I have been a frequent traveller and stayed in many places but never ever have I experienced a stay as amazing at this. When I stepped into the door of this apartment my breath was taken away with the views of the ocean, the comfort of my home, and the experience of a successful holiday. This l exceeded my expectations already, just to find the generosity he had in place with a fresh fruit basket and snacks for me to enjoy. If there was any concerns he had prompt Action towards them and anything I needed was attended to immediately, even better than anything I have come across with a 5 star boutique hotel service. The apartment itself is a luxury, brand new, very clean, and fully equipped with everything i needed.
