Holiday rentals with lake access in Dhaka

It was a great stay here. The room is bright with a nice view. Location is also good. It's easy to get around Dhaka as guest can get CNG easily. I'm looking forward to visiting again here. Wahid bhai, Thank you for everything Valo Thaken

Our family had a wonderful experience staying in Mr. Mollick's large and spacious apartment. The generous room space provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Despite a minor setback of having less winter comforters than anticipated, Mr. Mollick's swift response and accommodation ensured our overall satisfaction. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. It was a game-changer for us as a family, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly. The abundance of groceries available made cooking and serving a breeze. From breakfast to dinner, we didn't face any issues, and the well-stocked kitchen contributed significantly to the overall convenience of our stay. Mr. Mollick's attention to our needs and his commitment to ensuring a positive experience were evident throughout our stay. Despite the initial concern with the comforters, his responsiveness and efforts to make things right left a lasting impression on us. Definitely worth retuning!

Second time we stayed here and its always an amazing experience. Apartment is beautifully decorated (nicer than the photos actually). Great amenities. Clean and hygienic. Its very spacious with natural lights and air. They seem to have recently renovated the place so there is still fresh paint smell which wasn’t really an issue and should go away soon. Very safe neighborhood and the chinese restaurant is fantastic. Very close to gulshan and banani and there is a nice little park with lake to go for a run. Will stay again soon and recommend it to any guest traveling to dhaka if you want a safe and comfortable stay.

This stay was amazing everything about it was great except the two guards were unpleasant as they would come into the villa unannounced even after multiple instructions to not enter. They were disrespectful towards the cleaning woman and did not clean the fitness room the whole stay and claimed they did clean!

I have used AirBnb for almost 20 years in 4 different continents and I have to admit that Mahmud is one of the most remarkable hosts I have encountered, so far. I cherished every moment I spent with him during our meetings in person. He is a true people's person. The apartment is very easy to find and in a fantastic location between Gulshan 1 and 2. There are a lot of high end restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is pretty spacious and clean. WiFi internet was flawless. The bed is super comfortable. There is HSBC ATM near Gulshan 1 Unimart and I was able withdraw cash without any fees using my Chase (US) Visa debit card. I will be back.
