Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Deux Plateaux, Cocody

Thank you to the great hosts. It was a very enjoyable and relaxed (too brief) stay. Thé garden and terrace are particularly lovely with nice open plan downstairs, functioning ac.

The apartment matched the pictures that I saw on the app. It is well kept, equipped and very clean. I was very happy during the one month that I spent in the apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing an apartment in Abidjan. Mory, the housekeeper who periodically visits to clean and maintain the apartment, is very polite and a great help. There is just one thing that I would like Maelle to reconsider - the issue of the air conditioning in the living room, for which they have a separate €15 per day charge. Abidjan is extremely humid and guests need to use the air conditioning there, without having to deal with an additional €450 per month charge, which is too steep. For perspective, I rented a two-bedroom apartment in Cairo, Egypt for $650 per month, all bills included. I recommend that you add a little bit to the daily rate for the house, so guests can use all the air conditioners (there are 2 in the two bedrooms, which I used freely) whenever they need it.

Pleasant, spacious, well-appointed accommodation. Everything you need to cook. Responsiveness so small problems in the house. We had a nice stay.

The house is in a quiet secure neighborhood in Angres, easy to reach by taxi. We received good instructions in advance, one of the guard received us well. In the neighborhood there are small shops for the first lives needs. It is a bit further from the shopping center on deux plateaux, or the cocody market. The rooms were spacious, kitchen well equipped. There were even Christmas decorations already in place.

The perfect location 👌🏽. in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access. a lot of stores, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay / vacation in Abidjan, and Marie and her team made sure we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it for your long / short visit. Beautiful accommodation, well equipped and very well maintained. The residence is located in a very accessible area of Zone 4 which allow walking outings and a very quick arrival from the airport. Vivienne is warm and responsive and the young woman in charge of hosting is always available, discreet and very helpful.

For a business or leisure stay we find all the amenities in addition to the very clean, airy, functional, well-maintained apartment with a nice view of the lagoon . Patricia is a very polite, friendly and welcoming host. The housing she rents out is worth the money — it is clean, comfortable, with a beautiful terrace, a very convenient location and a fenced area with cozy streets. If safety, silence, and tranquility are important to you, stay in Patricia's apartment. There are also many high-quality cafes and restaurants, grocery stores nearby. It is also quite convenient to get to the central areas, such as Biétry and the Plateau (30-45 min. by taxi — 5,000-6,000 FCFA).

Already my second stay at Armel's and I repeat what I said about my first stay. Armel and his mom are exceptional hosts, always proactive and attentive. The listing is always as described in a secure and peaceful residence. Thanks again for hosting me a second time.

Really responsive and friendly host. No major issues in the house. The location was also close to fresh grilled food like fish and chicken. No high end restaurants close but many mid-end restaurants available. It also close to the Abidjan Zoo for some distraction. Overall, it's a nice place for the price.

Thanks Simo! The apartment is very comfortable, super spacious, and the wifi is absolutely fast enough for all day video calls for work. It's walkable to several restaurants and we appreciated having the washing machine after several weeks of travel.
