Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Detroit Lakes

So perfect for our family- it was cold outside so we enjoyed watching movies in front of the fire and playing games at the kitchen table with the sun coming in the beautiful windows. Extremely clean! Best beds we have ever found in a rental! Great place to recharge and relax.

My husband and I and our three adult children spent the weekend together at Rayna’s beautiful home and we really enjoyed it there.! Our son brought along his dog and there was plenty of room for him to play fetch in the yard. The house is very spacious and they supplied everything we needed . The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and we made all of our meals there. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the back yard in the evening, laying in the hammock, watching the sunrise over the lake, listening to the loons, seeing eagles fly over the water, we used the canoe in the lake, played pool in the basement, and watched one of the movies together. Rayna was a very good host!

Great space and great price! Thank you so much Danielle. You were so responsive and flexible with our group. We were in the area for a friend’s wedding and loved being able to stay in a home instead of hotels. The outdoor porch was my favorite space to spend evenings and mornings! I didn’t realize there was only one shower but that was not an issue and I’m sure it was listed, but that was maybe the only downside. Parking was easy, and we enjoyed walking the Main Street as well, would definitely recommend! Thank you!

We just returned from our 3rd stay at Scott's cabin. We love how cozy and peaceful it is and the kitchen is very well stocked; we cooked several meals and enjoyed lots of laughs at the dining table. The location is great and you are just a short drive from so many fun things that "Up North" has to offer. We can't wait to return!

It was a pleasure staying in this lovely home. Rolando was one of the nicest hosts we have encountered. The house is located in a safe, well kept, quiet neighborhood. We liked having the garage to store and charge our e-bikes, and the washer and dryer in the basement. The house is just darling inside. It is well furnished and decorated. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There are miles of paved bike trails nearby and lots of beautiful parks. Don't miss lunch at the Viking Cafe on Lincoln Street. We enjoyed breakfast there too. Rolando went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay!

Super cute place, very walkable to downtown with shopping, grocery, brewery, restaurants and more. Cute esthetic and clean, well appointed for our needs. Bedding was super comfy, lots of soft & clean blankets about the home. Only qualm was the beds are quite stiff and one is squeaky. There is no sneaking around this property due to being old but it’s well taken care of.

This place was perfect for our mini getaway over MEA break. I imagine it's even better during the summer when it's warm enough to be on/in the water! We had plenty of space and everything we needed, especially for staying in to cook meals. The golf cart was a hit and it was really fun to take a few strolls throughout the small neighborhood. Had the weather cooperated for a campfire, that would have been super easy to do. Plus, it overlooked the lake. Aaron was really responsive to all of my questions. Would certainly stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for our family Thanksgiving. The space was spotless and incredibly well-kept, with everything thoughtfully arranged. Having two refrigerators, one upstairs and one downstairs, was such a great convenience for all our meal prep and storage needs. The location was perfect—easy to find, close enough to town for groceries and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet with an awesome view of the lake. The sunlight streaming into the main living area throughout the day made it even more enjoyable. The host was clear, responsive, and accommodating, making our entire experience stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather and create lasting memories. Highly recommend!

Bee and Paul’s was very beautiful to stay at. The scenery was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the night we utilized it. They had very great communication and Paul was really helpful with every question we asked. We went there for a bachelorette party and their recommendation list provided was a great guide to local restaurants. Location was great as it was private yet a larger town was only 15 mins away in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect getaway spot. The balcony was in a great location to enjoy the lake and the beautiful sunsets! Anna was a great hostess! I would definitely stay here again!

So quaint and cute and even though it is attached to her house, felt like our own with its own driveway and entrances. The fire pit space was awesome and she had it ready for us when we arrived. Firewood included was so appreciated! We camp a lot and often pay a lot for wood and sometimes have to find it!

Great space overlooking the lake! Big balcony, large living and dining area -- which is good for a family of 6 like ours! A little dated in decor, but clean, and everything that needed to work did. Parking in the winter was a little tricky, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

My family and I were there for We Fest and had a great time! Location was perfect! Close to We Fest location, pretty view across from lake. Nice walking path by lake. Restaurants close by. Airbnb was very nice. Very clean. Host was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Loved the host dogs upstairs :) Would absolutely stay here again.

Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Detroit Lakes, easy access to beach, parks, and downtown businesses. Very comfortable place to stay and good host
