Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Destin

We had a nice time. It was an impromptu trip so it was definitely out of season for the beach. However, the view was beautiful and the kids still got in the water. Brandon and Katharina's home was clean and comfortable. It was decorated perfectly for the beach and was not cluttered. The amenities were chefs kiss. They were proactive and provided detailed information that helped us check in easily. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. All in all, we would absolutely love to return someday.

Instead of booking an expensive cabin for my bday this year, my fiancée and I decided to visit PCB in the winter due to more affordable prices. Never did we think we’d see 3.5” of snow on the beach during our stay! From before check-in to after checkout, Mira was a very helpful and responsive host. We had to extend our original stay by one night due to the iced-over roads, no problem. The condo is perfect for one couple (or couple + a small child or two). It was prestinely clean and organized. We were comfortable the entire stay and throughly enjoyed the gorgeous beach/sunset views from the balcony overlooking the newly-named Gulf of America! The kitchen was big enough to store the food/drinks that we brought and prepare our morning breakfast/coffee, snacks, and a dinner or two. We ate out at a few restaurants, as well. We utilized the resort amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the game room where we played ping pong, air hockey, and billiards. 10/10 ?

we had an absolute blast in destin! thanks to andrey’s and oksana’s beautiful condo we got to enjoy our trip and also feel relaxed and at home. when we arrived we walked into an extremely beautiful and clean environment. the price is also a game changer as a college student the price is what made this trip possible! when we had a small issue we messaged the hosts and they answered within 5 minutes! i recommend everyone takes the leap and books with andrey and oksana.

Precious vacation rental, with a great view of the ocean from the condo. The rental is within walking distance to the beach as well.

This is a must stay if your in PCB for a visit! Astrid is an amazing host, Went above and beyond to help us look for decorators in town months before our arrival The views are stunning and condo as pictured. Very clean, felt right at home I will for sure book again! Thanks again Astrid!!!

I was traveling with my 3.5 year old granddaughter and there was so much to do right outside our building. Plenty of entertainment for all ages. Great restaurants. I felt incredibly safe and the security is pretty tight. I would definitely recommend this condo and the Baytown Wharf community. I’ll be back!

We had a great time at this place!! It was very comfortable and SO nice and updated. Very much worth the price. The location was great and only a 2 minute ride to the beach. She has everything you need!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Great experience! It was our first time renting a beach house! Love the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand love the paint color all throughout the house, open concept, had a great time on the bikes that comes with the house, Tim offers beach chair, beach towels and much more with the house. Book gembythe sea!

This is our second stay at Heathers Place and as usual it exceeded what we remembered about it. The Golf Cart was great to use as well. Walk to the pool area and Bay area woods. Close to all the beaches and shopping. The amenities in the place are really just perfect. We will be back soon. John, Susan and of course our furbaby, Aimee.

The house was extremely clean, beautiful open floor plan with a fenced in backyard and screen in porch that was PERFECT for our two little girls to explore and play safely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with little to no traffic which was also perfect for playing outside. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach, but the pool is a very short walk! The house had everything we needed and tons of beach accessories and toys! Overall, very satisfied with Whitney the host and the house!!

Chris and Jamie listed their property accurately and it was as advertised. My guest who joined in a birthday getaway for my fiancee loved it as well. The kitchen was the heartbeat as we all enjoyed breakfasts and a final night dinner. I also got an opportunity to use the egg grills across the street to warm pre made ribs I brought with me for our day at crab island. I would & am truly recommending this property to all review readers.

This was a true peace of heaven which home was fully modernized “great job guys on rehab and picking finishes”, amazing backyard that was great at night to hangout and watch movies on the screen and projector they provide with the home, plus you have hot tub or a sit pool to cool off, plus your only 300 feet or so to the amazing beach that is one of the best beaches we have ever been which we have been to a lot and have traveled all most every state 🙌 And the bonus was the parking which are 31 feet Rv that we were pulling jeep wrangler fit perfect plus there was additional parking if needed ! Perfect location for a beach get away. The condo was nice and clean and the host was awesome. Would recommend to everyone and we will come back.

The Airbnb was great in all ways. Only complaint I had was the elevators and that isn’t the fault of the Airbnb.

As Airbnb first-timers, our overall experience was very positive. Robert was a great communicator from start to finish. There was an unexpected technical issue with door lock but Robert was proactive, had great communication with us and handled quickly and professionally. We even got to meet in person. Washer/dryer appliances were a major plus and very nice. Linens and bedding were so very soft. I loved the rainfall shower head. My first experience with one and now I want one at my home. Condo VERY centrally located to dining, shopping and beaches. We were very comfortable and felt safe with our surroundings. Other vacationers and the residents were cordial and dog friendly. Dog park was basically a block away which was very convenient for us. Kitchen fully furnished for cooking or baking any meal. And when needing recommendations for steak dinner out, Robert helped out straight away with suggestions. I don’t hesitate in the least to recommend Robert as a host.

The condo is really clean, cozy, everything what we need for vacation. Nice ocean view from the balcony. very close to the parking lot, to the lobby and very easy way to the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms equipped with all staff what we needed. Nice and friendly staff, everywhere was really clean. We're very satisfied with our vacation and highly recommend this place. Thank you!

This was considered a splurge for our family to stay in this condo but I have to admit, it was worth it! Being that close to the beach, the amazing views from my balcony, and the pool area were top of my list for this condo!
