Super well equipped house, close to all the cities to see in Belgium. Very quiet area, with everything you need in the surroundings. Annelis and Kurt are super attentive, with good recommendations. Ideal for staying and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cool place with zen vibes. Bedrooms are at the back so sleeping with window possible, insect-free. Only birds and ducks as an alarm clock. Reading outside was blissful. Everything is available for a wonderful stay and cook. Nice that there were nice touches ready for us. Within walking distance of recreation park De Schorre, banks of the Rupel. Mechelen is a 20-minute drive away. We would love to come back!

Had a fantastic time at the start of cyclings Holy Week. Perfectly located for cycling and walking being only a couple of hundred meters from the canal where you can go for mile after mile. Bruges, Ypres and Ghent all within an hours drive. For cycling nuts like us, Roubaix Velodrome is just 8km away. Also visited the Trappist Brewery at In de Vrede where you can sample Westvleteren 12, once voted as the world’s best beers. Other fantastic beers also available at pretty much every bar and cafe along with some fantastic local dishes. All in all, we loved it and Greg and Helene were the perfect hosts.

Great location in between Ghent and Bruges , hosts were very nice and accommodated us really well.

A lovely, spacious and comfortable property in a wonderful rural setting. We wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and this certainly ticked all boxes. The nearby forests are minutes away by car, and this allowed us to take our dog on some fantastic walks each day. The nearby town of Ronse/Renaix has everything you could need. Multiple supermarkets and big shops and good places to get a take away if you should feel like it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

We had a great time in this lovely little house, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated (the photos of the listing are very accurate). The garden is a real plus. The location allows beautiful walks between dike and forest, and it is ideal for moping between Antwerp and Ghent. Katja is a friendly and invested host who really cares about the well-being of vacationers, communication was very fluid, all our questions had an almost immediate answer. Thank you for everything and maybe see you next time (we'll keep the address precious☺️)!

Very good stay in this beautiful house.

It was a great stay. The house is beautiful and the decor is lovely. You have everything you need, but no more than necessary. The kitchen is, especially for people who like to cook, just great - ideal for the stay of several people. You have 2 ovens, 1 steamer and 1 Quooker - just great. The dining table stands in an open inviting room with generous views of the garden and pool - magnificent! The landlords are very sweet and friendly. Very warm people who are easily accessible and helpful. The beds are already made on arrival and there are plenty of towels. We highly recommend the property. Dogs are also welcome and the garden is perfect for the furry friends. 1 hour to Brussels and about 50 minutes to Lille (France) and otherwise you simply have your peace and privacy due to the rural area and the completely fenced property. The supermarket is nearby, about 1 km.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, very cozy, and perfectly clean. We felt comfortable right away. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. She made sure everything was perfect for us. We highly recommend this place! 😊

We had a very nice weekend at Geert's place. The villa is fully equipped and we felt right at home. The cafe was a nice extra space where we had a nice drink. Communication went well and we got nice tips for activities in the area. The bedrooms and the plumbing were in good condition. In short, recommended! Especially for a large(re) group

Such a lovely Air BnB the hosts are very friendly, make you feel very welcome. The garden and outdoor heated pool were perfect. We loved all the animals and countryside feel. Great base for lots of lovely Belgium villages. Air conditioning in all rooms was great as well as the lovely bathroom with your own sauna and jacuzzi bath. The welcome pack of fresh eggs, water and jam was a nice gesture and the added bonus of a coffee machine in the pool house was also a great idea.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location in nature made it easy for us to slow down and truly rest. Would definitely come back whenever we need a peaceful escape from the city 😊

I did not have the privilege of meeting Chris but he was responsive to my messages before I arrived. And during the stay, I actually didn't need him because everything was accurate and clear, the apartment was complete, nothing was missing. the place is quiet, the building is peaceful, too quiet to such an extent that at first, I thought we were alone and also the crackling of the hardwood floor (floor) made me feel like it was so quiet. the Lidl supermarket is just diagonally, it's cool and Braine train station is a 7 min walk. I would definitely recommend this place...

We had a great stay. The place was beautiful, clean and was a very good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Ghent or Bruges. We can fully recommend Ellen's cottage. :)

Łukasz provided a clear set of instructions on how to access the building making it super easy to get inside. The premises is in a good location with only a short walk to bus stops where you can hop on and get into the city centre in around 15 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable making our stay even more enjoyable and Łukasz was always reachable when needed.

A perfect spot to enjoy all that the Flemish Ardennes have to offer. We loved our cycling trip to ride the famed cobbled hills and watch the spring classics in Belgium. Sabine’s place is a gem!
