We enjoyed our stay at Tobias AirBnB very much. The apartment is modern and nicely decorated and everything was very clean. We also felt very positive about the accessibility by public transport and the removal of Lidl, Kaufland and co. The communication with Tobias was always very kind and the online check went smoothly. We thought it was very good that towels were provided. As a note, we would like to mention that it smells a little getting used to in the stairwell/hallway. However, Tobias can't do anything about it and the apartment smells good. For those who want to cook for themselves, we would recommend bringing the most necessary herbs and oil.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood in Leipzig. In 10 min. walk there is a street with many restaurants and shops. There is also a canal nearby where you can take a nice walk or ride a bike. Apartment is cozy and nice, well equipped kitchen. The key handover took place in person, which was very helpful. Henrik was kind and helpful.

A beautiful apartment, quiet and centrally located. Everything is within walking distance, train station, old town, shopping and restaurants. Quick communication because we got there a little earlier, so we could check in 2 hours earlier. It was great to definitely recommend. We will book it again when we are back in Magdeburg. Beautiful Hidden Gem in Leipzig's quiet neighborhood Katarina's place is more than what is described on the website. The house is located in a secluded quiet woody area, and it is a more than 100-year-old, pretty large cottage that they remodeled in their basement for guests with a modern design. This AirBnB includes a large living room with two beds, a kitchen with an extra living room surrounded by plenty of green, and a modern bathroom with a large shower space. I love their floor heating system. Once you set the temperature, you enjoy the warm room even when it is stormy outside. I experienced life in Germany, cooking, composing garbage (it was my first time!), and chatting with Katharina about our families and the two countries. Katharina is very caring, and sincere, and she never forgets the hospitality. It is rare to meet such an honest good person on earth these days. We missed an opportunity to walk to a lake nearby together, so I will return to her home again.

We chose this space to enjoy a cozy Christmas with friends, and it exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable for four people. Communication with Maria was smooth and friendly, making the entire experience even better. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful, and getting there was a breeze. It was truly the perfect setting for our holiday celebration. Highly recommended!

We 3 couples, spent New Year's Eve in Mathia's house (his own apartment that he leaves for guests) and were extremely satisfied with the location (park, zoo, center, Bahhnhof within walking distance, yet quiet and with garden) and modern equipment (see photos). Mathias was always easily accessible and helpful with tips for staying. It was perfect for us, we'd love to come back.

This house was cozy and clean and peaceful. The location was perfect for our visit to Wittenberg, about a 10-minute drive, and we loved going to the lake in the evening. Everything was very clean and there were cute little things like fairy lights, no clutter, but little things that made our children smile. New and clean bathroom.

I was in the area with my family for work. Especially the children immediately felt super comfortable. The great garden and the many play opportunities for the children were great. Felix and his family are great hosts and our children got along great with Felix's daughter. The dogs were also a highlight. Here Felix and his family did a great job with the dogs, so we could get used to dogs well. We will be happy to come back.

very nice apartment, in a quiet neighbourhood, very good wifi, kitchen have all you need to make your meals, refrigerator and freezer with nice dimensions for a longs stays. I recommend 100% special if you gona have a long stay.

Beautiful simple apartment with good connections to the center ( tram). Plenty of shopping in the vicinity. The apartment was clean and cozy. The area was quiet and easy to find. All in all a lovely stay for me and my family.
