All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Great location between Overton Square and Overton Park.

Julie’s place is hands down mine and my husband’s favorite Airbnb. We travel for his work and we had the best experience here. Julie left us a note upon check in with everything we needed to know plus stocked the fridge with creamer for our coffee. The apartment is beautiful and so well decorated! You can tell they put time and effort into this place. She left food and entertainment recommendations which were super helpful. She accommodated our fur baby with a huge doggy bed (which made him feel like a king being 5lbs). She has everything you could ever need for your stay. Literally all you need is your clothes. We 1000% recommend anyone looking to try it out! We plan on being back!! Thanks again Julie!

Location, Location, Location, My wife and I spent 5 weeks here as we finished out a Wisconsin winter and we absolutely LOVED the place and the area. We safely walked almost everywhere. 4 blocks from Beale Street in one direction and 4 blocks from south main district in the other. Right out the door you'll find the following restaurants/bars: the green beetle, S.O.B (south of Beale), good fortune, and the slider inn. If you're coming to Memphis for a Grizzly's game, a show at the Orpheum, Beale Street fun or anything else, this is the place to stay. If we are able to come back with friends we will definitely be booking here.

I rented this unit for several weeks while on a long term project in the Memphis area. The pictures do not do justice to this home. This is a very nice end unit in a brand new development, and everything in the home is brand new and tastefully curated. The location is very convenient with easy access to pretty much everything the Southaven area has to offer. Sakinah was very responsive and easy to contact, and the check in process was simple and easy. Because the home is so new, there are limited items in the kitchen - there is just enough cookware etc, and it is all clean and new and serviceable, but could use some additional items to round it out and make it a more "at home" experience. Again, it is a brand new home, so this will no doubt improve over time as items accumulate. Overall a great rental experience, and I would highly recommend!

Your home is truly wonderful! It was spotless and had a delightful scent that made us feel instantly comfortable. We had more than enough space to relax, and there were plenty of towels available. The bed was so comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to adjust the thermostat to our ideal temperature. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet, and we felt completely at ease, as if we were at home. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

We had a family emergency and traveling in late late at night! The host was beyond helpful and super responsive. When we arrived we felt right at home with so much space and super clean house. There also was everything we needed make super there. Highly recommended.

Paradise Cove was wonderful. It had everything I needed to feel at home while away from home. Very accommodating hosts. Well kept, pans and dishes were like new. Owners obviously take pride in their home. I was in town for work for a month, and it was very quiet. I always felt safe in the area. I highly recommend Paradise Cove to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We couldn’t have asked for a better AirBnB to stay at for a local wedding. It is minutes away from churches on Church St and minutes from Starbucks drive thru for morning coffee fix :) Fabulous to have three separate bedrooms, all with comfortable beds so guests can have their own space. Kitchen was very well stocked should you wish to do any cooking versus out to the local restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay at again if/ when in the area!

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.

We had a great experience. Communication with host was great!. The house was decorated like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and a location is walkable to restaurants and shops. Great weekend!

This is a perfect loft condo for the price and location. You can hear muffled traffic being close to a major roadway, but the condo is well insulated. It’s close to shopping centers and all levels of restaurants. It was perfect for my short business trip.

The property was everything! Beautiful!!! Super clean, super quiet & private. It had every thing I needed and in a great location. I love the private gated parking area. I felt safe & comfortable.
