We stayed for the 2nd time in the lovingly and well-equipped house. The hosts are extraordinarily nice and helpful. The house is well equipped with hiking maps and tourist literature for the area. It does not have heating, but we have been provided with a heater so that it became pleasantly warm despite the cool weather. We left a small obolus for extra electricity consumption unasked. At the house there is a small protected garden with terrace and barbecue. The cottage is located on a hardly used neighboring path, so that children can also play there. We will be happy to come back.

Monika and her family were great hosts and very helpful and kind. The house was in great condition and in a very peaceful wooded area. Parking was available on site and the checkin process was very easy as Monika came to open the door for us. Overall we were more than satisfied with the say.

The house is very nicely located, a little away from Velke Hamry. Very tastefully furnished and with great facilities, especially the kitchen is super equipped. We felt very comfortable. The only small drawback is that to get into the bathroom, you have to walk across the non-heated anteroom/hallway. This is certainly not a problem in the summer, but now in winter it was a bit cold there. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable during the week and can easily recommend it.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Really lovely home to stay in, great equipped kitchen and a beautiful atmosphere. The garden is big and nice, we really felt at home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only minor critic would be the fridge, that was not 100% percent clean, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and a warm welcome from the staff. Also the cat outside is really cute.

Thank you for the great time in your great house! We were able to relax very well and leave everyday life behind us. The location was perfect for walks in the forest and except for nature you are completely on your own and can enjoy the silence! The house is well equipped without much frills! Great are also the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms with a shower, so you can use the house without problems with 5 and more people. Thanks Olga !🤩

Highly recommend! Beautiful place and run with an idea. Very friendly hosts, good location. The barn is very modern and super clean as described. Plus a friendly Piesio host. We can't wait to go back :)

We had a wonderful weekend! The place is fantastically quiet and located in the middle of nature. The place is very stylish, quaintly decorated and extremely cozy. Also the garden with the hot tub and sauna are very romantic and beautiful. A hike at nearby Jeschken is also highly recommended!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Super quiet, quiet. Balia is a big advantage of this place. During our stay, we didn't mind that there were 3 cottages on the property. Full privacy

Monica's place was amazing and clean. A shop close to an advantage. Accommodation according to our expectations when the car can be reached within 30 minutes to interesting places and monuments. I really recommend this place with a friend and I hope to rent again in the future to visit the rest of the places. Thank you so much ❤️

The apartment was beautiful. It's like someone's home. The amenities were not spared. I couldn't tell from the photos that the pool was right next door which was cool.!!! The terrace to sit outside was beautiful, and because the apartment is on the side, no one was walking around. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for walking or long sleep and a short drive to the city. The kitchen and the duvets with linens were great. When it wasn't nice, we made puzzles out of the closet. Fitted a fold out table for that, I didn't have to hide it because of food. I slept on the couch and it was still comfortable to sleep. Groceries are a short walk away.

We loved everything. Very responsive and attentive owners. All furnished for children, many toys. We'd love to come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very nice and quiet place, great place for trips to the Giant Mountains. Very quick communication with the owner. Definitely recommend. :)

Superhost and super cottage for a great time !

We are happy with our stay with Krzysztof and his wife. Despite the fact that we don't speak Polish, both did their best to speak to us in English and German. The weather was nice and we were allowed to use the beautiful garden. We always ate outside. The garden is super furnished for children: swing, playhouse, swimming pool, slide, seesaw, trampoline: they are just some of the many amenities in the garden. We have also ventured some pools. I found the wall decoration in the bedroom and the view from the bedroom on the painting in the pool room well done! Thank you for the refreshing taste water and for the blueberries! Worthy of the Superhost name! Thank you!

We enjoyed the quiet location in nature with friends and family ( 11 people) very much – yet close to the surrounding ski resorts and to Tanvald or Desna. We were able to make a fire in the evening, cook together and take another snow walk. A super cozy and personal cabin! The fireplace works perfectly and heats great and the two renovated bathrooms and the sauna served us. The rooms are very cozy and well divided. Beds are very comfortable and sheets and towels clean and pleasantly simple. Thanks to the infrared heaters, the house was a little warmed when we arrived. We were particularly pleased with the fresh flowers that were in the kitchen to welcome us! Check-in and communication with Moritz and Felix were completely straightforward. A cozy typical Chata with a shot of contemporary comfort ( heating, Wi-Fi, sauna). We'll be back!

Perfect house for outdoor adventures, cozy evenings by the fireplace and cooking for large groups (perfect kitchen with lots of gadgets). We enjoyed sauna and the view.

Accommodation at Karl's is a masterpiece - just like the host. In each room you will find an original piece of furniture, which together create a great atmosphere. And the best thing is when you can light the stove in the evening after skiing and warm yourself by it. It doesn't matter if the parquet floors creak somewhere or a door won't close. The main thing is that you feel at home, safe and after a long time you pick up the book you brought with you and really read it.

Simple, generous space with a big garden, old village house. Clean with big and comfortable beds. Big stove has heated it perfectly, the owner was very helpful and friendly. Location neraby main attractions and a lovely view at the fileds. we will certainly be back.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing stay. Parking is also available directly. Everything you need is nearby and easy to reach.

Beautiful cottage and neighborhood. You have to get a little to the main trails, but the neighborhood is so nice that doesn't bother you at all. Very atmospheric place and very positive owner. The cabin was super decorated, even the dishes were lovely. The only minor drawback is maybe the wood for the fireplace, which didn't seem to be seasoned, it was hard to light at times, and it was smoking a lot. But at least we had a challenge.
