Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Deryneia

We stayed as a family of 6 including 2 young kids over Christmas. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed (including Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch). Jacuzzi was great and hot and we paid to heat the pool which was totally worth it for winter swimming. the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there bbq / outdoor kitchen was good. the outside area was amazing, with a mini playground and tranpoline for the kids. location superb for the beach or a walk along the coast. even had buckets and spades to use! communication from owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

This place is a 10/10! Very responsive host who allowed us to check out 3 hours later. Very clean and very well located accommodation with swimming pool cleaned 2 times a week, beach, activated and restaurants right next door (10min drive from Ayia Napa). Hopefully, we'll be back next year!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Family friendly appartment, we are family of 4 (2+6 years) and we all slept really well. In October we didn’t use air conditioning at all. Elevator to 2nd floor, super easy parking. 10minutes walk to a great beach where it was not windy during few windy days. Cheap loungers on the beach next to a lovely hotel where you can use toilets. Good supermarket with great coffee on the way to the beach. Also nice restaurants. Apartment was very spacious!! Plenty of towels for inside and beach. I really liked the bathroom. We felt like home.

The apartment was exactly like the shown on the photos. Clean, great location, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, with all the things necessary for a great holiday. The area was quite, but very close to everything.The hosts were great. Tatiana waited for us and welcomed us, being responsive all the time during our holiday, very nice, flexible and helping with questions. Would definitely recommend for families.

Cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. There are several parking lots nearby. The apartment has everything you need. Petros was very friendly. We were coming at Christmas, he told us which shops and restaurants would be open, it was very helpful!

We stayed here end of Sept as a family of 6 there was plenty of room for us a very spacious apartment. Ideal location walking distance to shop and restaurants and beach. Apartment was pristine with lots of towels which was handy when spent alot of time at pool or beach. Natalia was very responsive and allowed late check in and late check out of apartment her husband brought us from airport to apartment and back to airport which was very convenient especially when travelling with children. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding as well as some essentials for when arriving such as water, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Kitchen had cleaning supplies as well as washing powder. The location was only a little over 5 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants and a few more to the amazing Nissi beach. The outside area was fully enclosed and had 3 seating areas to choose from. Communication with Anastasia and Bambo was very easy and they always responded quickly. My wife and I felt very much at home in this apartment, everything was exactly as described. Thank you Anastasia and Bambo.

The location of the apartment is just a street away from all of the restaurants and is a short walk from several beaches, yet it is quite a peaceful location, although I did stay out of season in January. There are several shops and zorbas closeby, and metro and poplife supermarkets are around a 15min walk away. I didn’t use the pool but there are pools on site and also a gym and spa on the complex. The apartment has everything you need, there is lots of natural light coming through to all rooms and the balcony has sun all day. The apartment had a very welcoming feel to it with nice decor and plants. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The TV had Netflix, prime, and YouTube and then other channels as well. WiFi connection was fast. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Alexandre, the host, was very helpful with details for check-in and things to do in the area and was very quick to respond to any queries. I will definitely stay here again.

Big spacious modern apartment with everything you need for a few days stay.has excellent WiFi The host is quick to respond to any questions and the information received before check in was detailed and accurate - it’s very simple to find the building and the key safe for self check in It’s easy to park on the road outside the apartment and is around 10 minutes walk to the old walled town which has plenty of bars and restaurants I recommend a visit to the ghost town of Varosha which is 30 minutes walk away or 7 minutes drive with a large free car park- it’s free to enter and you can hire a bike for 100 lira for 4 hours to really explore All in all it’s an accurate description on the profile of the place and we enjoyed our stay there

We did experience 1 or 2 teething problems finding the apartment even though we drove straight to next door. Unfortunately the house in front had painted the wall and added a number! Arte has thought of everything and we really appreciated all the extras. Salt, pepper, herbs, toys, buckets and spades for small children, beach towels, all toiletries and plenty of cleaning materials too. We loved the veranda area in the evenings. We would say you definitely need a car to visit but lots of varied beaches within a short drive. The stunning church on top of a rock was a great landmark to visit and helpful to arrive so close. If we return to Protaras would definitely use Arte’s place again.👍

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

We can say that the neighborhood where the house is located is close to everywhere, it is a very nice house and clean, we were satisfied, you just have to wait after 1 person in the shower, the water is getting cold

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Great stay in Paralimni! We had the most wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. The home was spacious, super clean, and very stylishly decorated. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Christina, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely to the smallest details. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and we almost only had it to ourselves.

Successful stay, close to downtown, clubs and restaurants, but in a quiet area. An apartment perfect for a group of friends, but also a larger family. I recommend :)
