Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Derbyshire

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. Two adults and two pre-teen children. The children loved the hot tub. Quite a few walking trails near the cottage. This was our first air b n b stay and would definitely return. The cottage is clean and so many lovely little touches. We loved the log burner for the colder evenings. We used the hosts recommendations for dinner and visited the Carnarvon pub and also ate from the local takeaways. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. Also lots in the local area to do for all ages. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. The hot tub next to the river is just fantastic after a long walk. Plenty of walking both easy and challenging. The walk to the pub was easy and accessible through a public footpath. There are lots of charming villages to explore. We got the bus out one day which was very easy from the cottage, over the bridge at the top of the road, and walked back via plenty of pubs… A marvellous long weekend.

We had a wonderful weekend at Penny’s comfortable home. It was perfect for an inter-generational family group of seven adults with plenty of space to relax. The garden is beautiful and close to lovely walks. Penny’s recommendations were helpful and her welcome genuine.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Riley Wood Cottage. It was very peaceful and private. The place was clean and cosy. Something of note is that the Hot Tub is north facing so we didn't really get the sun in evenings (as we went in April, you'd probably get it starting May), however we took advantage of the chance to do some Hot Tub stargazing which was an unique experience that we enjoyed. There was plenty of firewood and the host was on hand for anything we might need though we never felt the need to contact them. 20ish minute walk to the village of historic Eyam was lovely, with spectacular views of Chatsworth Estate. In the village itself we enjoyed reading about a lot of it's history and the Village Tea rooms. If you're up for walking a bit further to Stoney Middleton, Cupola was a lovely Pizza restaurant with excellent wine. Centrally located in the Peaks it was also easy to drive anywhere else we wanted to go. Can't wait to come again.

Wonderful little (not that small) conversion. Very well presented and the hot tub was clean with very sparkly water. The host, Rebecca was very helpful. Would definitely book again, even if it was a little more pricey.

Ramin is a great host. The house is spacious, quiet and located close to shops etc

This is a fantastic place to stay with fantastic views, fabulous host, lovely cottage very well equipped with everything needed for your stay. There are lots of places to visit should you want to or just relax in the fabulous hot tub and take in the beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend Runner Duck cottage to anyone. Had a fantastic stay at the stables with my work family! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Used the hot tub. Had a stroll around the lake, would be lovely to visit in the summer. Went into Ashby for Sunday roast at a restaurant called 12 which was lovely would recommend. We’ll be back!

Had such a lovely stay, the cabin was beautiful and so cozy, stayed here with my friends for my 21st birthday and had such a peaceful night in the hot tub.

This is a beautiful cabin, stylishly furnished and decorated with attention to detail. It was very cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. The decking and hot tub overlooking the trees with just the sound of birds and sheep was perfect for a relaxing getaway and felt very private. Being able to walk from the cabin (and get to a pub) was wonderful and James’ helpful directions and guidance were great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone but especially for a couple wanting a peaceful retreat in nature. Thank you for creating such a fantastic space for this.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that it was thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate guest experience. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, made our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Raffaele was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Lovely little lodge right in the forest/woods. Close to walk to ramblers retreat, lovely peaceful scenery. Hot tub which was lovely and warm. Nice outdoor area to sit with lighting at night. Well equipped. Would highly recommend. Thankyou!

We stayed in Luke’s accommodation for my wife’s 40th - from the off Luke was extremely responsive and helpful when planning where to eat and where to walk locally, with lots of recommendations. The pesto at the peacock was a 10 minute drive and a restaurant we can’t wait to return to. The accommodation was easy to find, quiet and secluded. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The garden area was a sun trap and fantastic place to relax, with the hot tub also a nice touch. We would definitely return and thank Luke for the hospitality.

Beautiful place to stay! Views were stunning, and the place was exactly as described. Short drive to many of the Peak District walk and a nice peaceful stay in the countryside. Would definitely recommend!
