Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Derbyshire

Stayed for 3 nights with our dog and young baby. The cottage was perfect for us, it looked even better than in the photos in my opinion. Lots of things to do nearby and the hot tub was a great bonus! Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Just back from the most wonderful stay at Highfield House with extended family. The house itself is charming and situated in extensive grounds with beautiful surrounding walks. A perfect place to unwind in front of the log burner after a long day of adventures. Our host Penny, greeting us with the warmest of welcomes along with some home baking which was delicious and much appreciated! She was incredibly responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We can’t wait to return in the near future.

Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay. Fabulous location with really easy access to the local village where there are a number of places to eat. The folder full of local recommendations was a really welcome touch. Hot tub was wonderful, very clean and with plenty of room for a small group. Extra towels were provided which was really thoughtful. The property was kept lovely and warm and despite there being other guests staying it was so peaceful and quiet. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay - we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic, Rebecca made us feel welcome without any intrusion. Place was perfect; homely, spotlessly clean, lovely location. Any questions we had felt perfectly at ease asking Rebecca. We both thoroughly enjoyed our mini stay and would definitely like to return.

We stayed as a group of 6 (2 kids, a couple, a set of grandparents.... and a small pup). The house coped well for a 4 night Xmas break away. There was just about enough room for the 6 of us. The house was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with the boiler (the electrics had reset after a storm earlier in the week), and we notified the host and it was sorted within the hour. The owner came by and fixed it for us. We ate dinner one night in the Wheatsheaf (next door), it was great value, the food was tasty and the service was good. We did book, not sure about walk ins. We sampled 2 other pubs in the village during our stay (about a 10 min walk) - The Pear Tree and the Curzon Arms. Both lovely, good menus, and a nice bar area if you just fancy a drink. We didn't use the hot tub as it was empty when we arrived, and nobody had the will or patience to sort it out. The house is perfect for a quiet getaway in the countryside.

The property was spotless, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, made our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Raffaele was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Linda and Hannah were perfect hosts, so attentive and helpful. I messaged once or twice to ask questions and their responses were immediate! The Windsor cabin was spotlessly clean and so cosy. We left feeling so relaxed! Thank you again!

Excellent short break for the family. Beautiful, secluded location with lots of interesting and fun walks nearby. Lovely cafe about 30mins walk away. House was clean, tidy and very cosy. Kids loved the hot tub! Kitchen very well stocked and cleaning supplies, bing bags, kitchen roll, toilet roll etc all stocked upon arrival. Thank you to Leon and Watson for a great stay!

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing weekend in the Peak District! The cabin is in a private location with lovely views. The communication from the host was great and provided a lot of information on the area, places to eat etc.

Really enjoyed our stay, the lodge was great! beautiful setting, quiet, spotlessly clean! The hot tub was amazing too! We arrived to music on, heating was on and it was very welcoming! The little touches Sam added was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you 💕
